I’ve stayed at many best Western hotels across the country. This location is amazing. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is several good restaurants in the area, and… the best amenity… Drumroll please: the hot tub and pool are open 24/7! Recommend staying here if you Kennewick.

Amazing experience at this location. I have been to quite a few BW locations. This one always has a great staff. The location itself is really quiet and clean. I also want to emphasize Vivianne’s attentiveness she is lovely to communicate with, as well as very helpful, and always provides the information you ask or you need, very attentive to every detail, and is always checking in to make sure you have everything you need. Overall great experience and a great location.

This place far exceeded any expectations I had. Every one of the staff members I encountered were all awesome, they were cheerful and happy to help. The room was exceptionally clean, the AC worked awesome, the bed was comfy, loved the pillows. The small touches like having an extra blanket and pillow in the closet just in case, the breakfast, coffee and selection of sundries for sale up front, along with the over all neatness of the whole place really contributes to the wow factor. I would rate this top 5 if not top 3 of hotel stays I have ever had. Best Western y'all knocked it outta the park! Thank you for making my work travel experience something to look forward to in the future, this will be the only place I stay in Tri Cities.

Great service, great breakfast with good selection. Clean, with an easy location to visit. Ample free parking. Close to good shopping and restaurants. We didn't use any fitness facilities as we'd just played 18 holes at Canyon Lakes golf course - which was in great condition.

I requested a room with easy access for my 80-year-old mom, who can’t walk too far even with her walker. I was so pleased that we could get a room on the first floor. Very clean🥰 |Breakfast was great!|Comfy bed and fluffy pillows.|The breakfast staff was very helpful.

The hotel was clean and well appointed. The bed comfy and the WiFi was easy to access. The check in was easy and the breakfast was very nice with lots of hot and cold choices. There were also lots of food and entertaining establishments nearby. We would definitely recommend it!

Positive: The man at the front desk was nice and the room was clean. Negative: The breakfast was gross and the pool was too cold. I had to turn the TV on to drown out the extremely loud traffic and the people in the next room having....intimate time. Will never stay here again!

Room was spacious, well equiped, and comfortable. There were plently of outlet options for charging mobile devices and the lighting, while not grandiose, was 100% what we needed and more. Beds were soft and comforting as were the pillows.
