This Best Western was exactly the PLUS ⭐️ I needed for my last minute trip. I had excellent customer service experience from booking last minute over the phone to even needing an extra night to accommodate the unfinished business I needed to handle. Ms. Rosa was a bright and morning ray of sunshine!! She welcomes you with a smile and she cleaned my room to perfection. Breakfast was provided at the location and it was perfect for the short stay. This is definitely a repeat stay if I am ever back on the West Coast ☺️ Clean, jacuzzi relaxation and awesome customer service what more could you ask for?

The hotel reception desk at check in was staffed by a nice guy, Steve. He was friendly, courteous, and had a good personality. My room was clean, had a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. The need was comfy, the pillows were a bit flat but we slept well. I'd recommend staying here. The continental breakfast had lots of choices, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal and juice, coffee, waffles, and croissant breakfast sandwiches. I wasn't too keen on the sandwiches though, they had too much cheese which was stuck to the wrapper.

Positive: The hotel employees lounging on furniture near the front desk. Negative: Loud people in rooms above me. Gave me a balcony room under the hotel awning so the balcony sucked, even though they had available rooms with view. They really did not want me to come back. Tiny parking spaces so a bunch of work trucks are parking on dirt

Best Western Plus in Palmdale is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. The rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is quiet, and I enjoy their breakfast. The best part about this hotel is the people who work here. Big thanks to Henry, Rey, and Patricia for their great customer service.

We enjoy best western plus as they r great Desk man was very friendly, professional and accommodating! Our bathroom needed a good head to toe cleaning. The click was stuck on 4 and I couldn’t change the time. The major disappointment was the breakfast. It was the quality of a motel 6. Breakfast sandwiches but nothing good4 diabetics

Very clean lodging with friendly, professional employees. Very easy access to the freeway (14). Well lit exterior and parking lot. Highly recommended. Free breakfast was adequate with well maintained dining facilities. Elevator was within easy access and efficient.

Review: Disappointing Cleanliness on My Birthday Stay

I stayed at this hotel from 7/25 to 7/27/2024 to celebrate my birthday. While the rest of the room was fairly clean, I was disappointed to find that the air conditioning unit had dirty vents. The air circulation wasn’t working properly, so I had to bring my own fan and even put towels over the vents to contain the spread of dusty air.

Aside from these issues, my stay was otherwise uneventful. However, I did have to assert my boundaries when dealing with persistent racial stares during breakfast on the morning of 7/27/24. It’s frustrating that people often laugh when I request not to be stared at—it’s a basic courtesy.

Given the cleanliness issues and discomfort I experienced, I would rate this hotel ★★☆☆☆. I expected a more thorough deep clean, especially for a special occasion. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.
