We have stayed here many times and are always impressed with cleanliness, beauty, and service at the hotel. Our room had an incredible riverfront view and was spacious and bright. We were in a pet friendly room with our pup, and in addition to being incredibly clean, it had easy access to the grassy riverfront walk area. They even had treats and food for the pupper! Breakfast at the Riverside Restaurant was delicious as always (with a pet, you can eat at the tables in the hallway or outside). Absolutely lovely, peaceful stay!

We just love staying here and end up going back pretty much every time! Mid-century modern vibe with new touches, wonderful local artwork and the pool and hot tub are outside but always warm, year-round. Most rooms have a great view but even the rooms that don't have a nice outdoor sitting area. Really sweet walk along the water before or after a meal that's very romantic and a fire pit conversation area. There's even a wing that does not allow for kids or animals! So peaceful and a great night sleep for sure. We always eat one or two meals on site because it's so yummy, also a fantastic view. We love this place!

This hotel is very clean and has everything you could need within. From two bars, a Resturant, hot tub and pool. The room lacked USB ports. I liked the room design with a slight partition for the bed from the kitchen area and bathroom. ||The pool and hot tub were extremely crowded on a Saturday night and I was unable to use them. |The even front desk staff lacked emotions and just wanted to get you in. The breakfast was great, and the price was comparable to the area. The wait staff was very slow and did not return to check in on myself. ||The day shift was great! They were very friendly and helpful. House keeping was on point.

We stayed at the BW Plus in Hood River for one night, on March 22. We requested a dog-friendly room, as we were traveling with our two German Shepherds. This property really surprised us a good way. Our room was VERY spacious, clean, located on the river side, and one the first floor, which meant we not only had a gorgeous view, but we had a break area for the dogs directly outside our room. The staff was professional and gave us treat bags for our dogs. This property is centrally located, provides ample parking, and is attractive.

This place is the view. The hotel is huge and takes up a long stretch of the river front. WE had a balcony and some nice weather so it was awesome. The hotel is updated a bit, but not new. The rooms were clean and nice size. The bed was comfortable, not the best ever but very good. The view is what you go here for. IT was great watching the sun set across the river (we face east) but the morning sun was great on the balcony with coffee.

We booked this place on our way to the Oregon Coast for vacation, great location with a Heated outdoor pool which we didn’t know about until later, we had a river view room and was very pleased, close to lots of food options, Starbucks and other shopping and just a short drive to downtown which is full of little shops and restaurants. This place has a restaurant as well which we had dinner at, the rooms were spacious with platform beds, good size mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, large tv and the beds were super comfortable. The bathrooms did have some hairs on the floor but the shower had amazing water pressure and the place could use some updating, but overall great location and very quiet and comfortable with amazing views of the river. Friendly staff and ample parking, they have ice and vending machines easily accessible and looks like they do have pet friendly rooms. Definitely worth staying at and easy access from the interstate.

Top Notch service. We had the executive suite facing the river. Excellent views of the bridge. The room was clean and modern. If you eat in the restaurant you get $10 off per person. Our breakfast was excellent. Great service. Very nice place to stay highly recommend
