I stayed here 2/8/2025 to 2/9/2025. I had a king bed, and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and filled me up until the afternoon. I was able to get my room earlier than expected on the reservation. The front desk ladies are super nice and know English. Also, the staff for breakfast helped us get pancakes. There were also no bugs in the room, or when I woke up, I slept by myself in the night and was comfortable enough to sleep. U need a keycard to get into the building where the rooms are, so I believe this hotel is safer than others, I'd recommend staying here it has breakfast, amenities such as shampoo and conditioner, and fridge, and the most important thing a comfortable bed. I for sure plan to come back and stay longer

We stayed in a family suite. It was nice because it had three beds. This is a hotel however that you want to have a top floor room because there is no soundproofing whatsoever. You hear everything outside and the other rooms and in the hallways. So if you can where ear plugs I would recommend bringing them. The room was nice and it was clean. I think the value of this hotel is in the breakfast. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast was yummy and filling.

We were part of a group and got great rates for our stay. Breakfast room included hot foods, pancake machine, yogurt, bagels, cereal and some delicious fresh baked muffins. There was hot chocolate and a great espresso/cappuccino/latte/specialty coffee machine near the lobby that was available 24/7. Vanessa and Olivia at the front desk were extremely helpful and pleasant! Rosabla in the breakfast room is amazing and so very sweet! She kept everything replenished and organized even when inundated with many guests at one time. Jasmina was so helpful with handling our group and was very accommodating to our group’s specific needs.

We made a last minute reservation on our way home from Monterey and we got lucky. The location was a little sketchy but upon our arrival check in was easy and we got a great price. This hotel is older but you can tell that they take good care of it with lots of upgrades and modern amenities. The room was clean and spacious and had a balcony that overlooked the pool
and Jacuzzi. We took a night swim and water was warm and jacuzzi jets worked wonderfully. This hotel had even a guest could need while away from their home. The only thing that didn't work was the drier for the laundry. But everything else was perfect!

First impression the hotel was very nice. The staff friendly. The room was clean well appointed spacious & had a balcony.|However, although there was a bathtub, the shower pressure was weak, and the temperature was only lukewarm. Couldn’t take a bath. The shower gel was empty so had to use shampoo to bathe. |The room was very cold and the old heater against the wall next to the window blew semi warm air only. Didn’t warm the room and kept going on blowing the cold room air around. ||The Wi-Fi did not connect my first night and after contacting the front desk the second night I ““ forgot network“ and attempted a second time. My phone was able to connect, but my iPad never did.||The TV instructions in the room said to put the TV to HDM1 but never connected. 2 remotes was confusing. When I called the front desk, they sent a gentleman. Who only spoke Spanish and although he was very polite, he set the tv to HDM3 which was successful. Not per instructions and I was only able to get the local channels.||The hotel was quiet, but my room faced the freeway so I did hear the freeway noise. The breakfast was good for a free breakfast. Hot food included eggs, pancakes, bacon and potatoes.|I liked the location so would maybe try a different room.

If I could give negative starts I would. We drove 6hrs to get to this hotel we arrived at 1am everything was good until my daughters and I started itching all over just to flip the sheets and there was bugs all over the bed. Bed Bugs the beds were so disgusting filled with stains. We had to leave at 3am with an infant and two kids in the cold we had to pack all our belongings in plastic bag to avoid contaminating our vehicle.very disappointed given the fact that we are so far from home with three kids out in the cold with no belongings because all our clothes and luggage are now contaminated. We asked for a refund and to speak with the manager but only the front desk staff was available we were told the manager would contact us. But nothing yet . It’s been days now the manager Said he would call me yet no call. He keeps avoiding me every Time i call the hotel front desk answer with the worst attitude they say the manager is not in. I guess there’s no manager ever in the hotel and the hotel is being run just by front desk.Worst customer service don’t come to this hotel avoid it at all coast unless you want to bring bugs home or get bit by bedbugs. They say they have mattress covers on all their beds Yet they still have bugs on other mattresses. The mattress are disgusting stained and reek of urine our room wasn’t cleaned. We had no body wash or shampoo in the dispensers seems like they know they have bugs because they have a personal pest control company that comes out to regularly check the rooms supposedly. All lies they don’t care about their customers at all.

Nice location near San francisco, Carmel, and the outlets. We stayed here 4 nights and enjoyed it. The staff were super friendly and the free breakfast was great. Free coffee and cookies in the lobby was a nice touch. My only critique is that our room's wall toward the hallway was a little too thin. we could hear whenever people were walking through and opening doors. Overall though it's a great hotel and I would stay agian.
