First and foremost, I love this location! It's clean and always pleasant to stay here while in town for work.
Jennifer at the front desk is always welcoming and really makes my experience seamless and she is always smiling with a great attitude! She goes above and beyond for her guests and I greatly appreciate her hard work and service.
The housekeeping should also be praised, since they do such an amazing job and I wanted to make sure they are highlighted as well. The location is great and overall this location is just one of the best that I've stayed at.

This is an excellent, family owned and operated hotel, that has an attitude of gratitude towards their patrons, and offers a great value. Everything was clean and comfortable. They have an very good workout gym for guests, an excellent breakfast, and are near many food and shopping areas. Great place to stay.

I just spent a week at the Best Western in Manteca while visiting family, and it was genuinely a wonderful experience. From the get-go, the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel like more than just a guest. During my stay, the airline lost my luggage, which was quite stressful. But the hotel staff came through in a big way. They took charge of the situation, coordinating with the airport to have my luggage delivered straight to the hotel. They kept me updated every step of the way, which was incredibly reassuring. The room was cozy and clean, providing a perfect spot to unwind after long days with family. And the breakfast each morning was a nice touch, with plenty of options to choose from. They also let us stay in the breakfast room to chat with family after breakfast hours which was amazing! All in all, the staff's kindness and dedication made my stay truly memorable. I can't thank them enough and would happily choose to stay at the Best Western in Manteca again.

We had a great experience here! Ragav was so friendly when we checked in and not set the tone for the entire stay. Every single employee that we encountered were friendly, professional, efficient, and very kind. This hotel is very conveniently located close to the freeway and there are plenty of shopping and restaurant options right across the street. They have a pool and a hot tub which are both very clean and enjoyable. It was very nice to have a hot breakfast in the morning. I recommend this hotel. oh, and we stayed here even though our daily excursions took us 40 minutes away. I plan to stay here in the future, even though they’re closer hotels to our destination.

Absolutely best stay during our 3 week travel around California. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We forgot our laptop there and they located it for us and were super cooperative dealing with the handover. If you want pleasant and safe stay during your travels, don't hesitate to stay there!

This hotel is amazing! The owner is very friendly and always so helpful. We started only coming here because of how affordable and nice it is! Good food and convenience stores are close by and some fun activities. We love staying here!

Stayed here for a week and it was a bit of a mixed bag. Staff was helpful in checking me in early. Room itself was pretty nice, clean and well laid out with a comfortable bed and good-sized desk for working. Speaking of working, wifi was great as it is at most Best Western locations. The room was showing some wear, like frayed carpet and nicked up furniture, but nothing major.

So the main issue is noise. As many other reviews have noted, road noise is an issue. Either the highway or main drag near the motel seems to be popular for burnouts/racing, so obnoxious car noise is pretty frequent. Additionally, for the first few days of my stay, there were a few other noisy guests around, but I got a great deal on the room so I'm guessing they did too. Finally, the housekeeping carts are quite loud on the pebbled walkways

To get back to mostly positives, there are lots of shopping/dining options nearby. But while there are sidewalks and crosswalks, it's clearly a car-first area and many drivers are quite reckless around pedestrians, so it feels a tad sketchy. But still, it's nice to have so many walkable options.

Breakfast was middle-of-the-road by Best Western standards, with DIY waffles, toast and hard-boiled eggs as the only hot options. Maybe I just had bad timing, but it also felt like the staff was kind of lingering and watching me eat, which made the experience feel a bit awkward.

Overall, I'd probably stay here again if I was in the area and the price was right, but the noisy conditions make it hard to recommend if you're just looking for a stopping point on a road trip.
