Great place to stay. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I checked out but shortly after, my flight was canceled. I needed to stay another night. I called this hotel and they booked me a room right away and when I arrived she told me I was upgraded to a king suite. Thank you for the wonderful visit!

I am a Hilton double Diamond member but no Hilton’s for the next 1 hour. I just had to rest. After dining nearby, searched their reviews, and unwilling to drive 100 miles for a Hilton, I made a reservation. Turns out this place is quite great. The grounds and hotel itself are very well kept. Front desk very friendly and empathetic with how tired we all were. Beds were clean, pillows excellent, sheets were perfect, mattress was excellent to sleep in.

I did not try their pool nor their gym but bfast kitchen had plenty to pick from. I enjoy yogurt parfait, unlimited lattes, and juice.

I decided to join their rewards just for that location. PST, don’t eat before checking in because you’ll receive a small discount t from the neighborhood steakhouse. Job well done!

I went for accreditation and the school booked us here. I enjoyed my stay for the hotel was very clean, bed, towel, bathroom, dining area, everything was spic and span. The breakfast was so good and they have a lots of variety. The staff were very friendly and corteous. I will definitely come back here.

Had an amazing stay with my partner. The location is very clean and up-kept. Enjoyed the hot tub and gym both very nice and nice music playing out at the hot tub that made it very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others! Location a 4/5 just cause if your looking for more night life that’s not in this area but there are lots of stores and restaurants near by.

This hotel is a great pick for your next trip to AZ! It’s well-located in a calm area about halfway between Phoenix and Tuscon, making for easy travel to both cities for various adventures. There are also strip malls nearby, and tons of restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel itself is super clean, and there is free coffee in the lobby! 😁

I booked here because the reviews were one of the best in area even though it was more expensive but I wanted the family to have a good experience since it was Thanksgiving. I did experience some issues with the booking of my room due to using a 3rd party booking service but the manager clearly cares about customer satisfaction and took care of me. Only thing I would like to see is a little more homey breakfast likes biscuits & gravy also hallways had did have fairly strong cleaning chemical smell so maybe switching to a lightly sented cleaner or just no odor cleaner.
Overall appreciate you guys taking my main problem seriously and getting me taken of

As a travel agent I have stayed at numerous hotels around the country and around the world, ranging from very primitive options to ultra luxurious ones, and everything in-between. ||My husband and I found ourselves needing a room for one night in Casa Grande, Arizona. I am so glad I selected the Best Western Plus. |The hotel has plentiful, free parking, free WiFi, a small outdoor pool and indoor workout room, neither of which we used. The Best Western Plus is an immaculate, new hotel, with bright, cheerful rooms, nicely and simply decorated, wonderful window blinds which help block the heat but still allows light to flow through the large windows. The air conditioning worked seamlessly and effectively which was necessary in such heat. Beds were comfortable, with ample bed lighting which can switch to personal lighting with the press of a switch if one is reading in bed and one doesn't want to bother one's partner. ||The front office staff were all very efficient and pleasant, offering us a snack plus a bottle of cold water from their pantry upon check in. Sometimes it is the smallest and the simplest of unexpected gestures that are the most gratefully received and appreciated. They do not have elaborate fruit options, but the normal banana/apple and orange selections. ||The free breakfast buffet in the morning offers tasty and healthy options. The yogurt machine and make your own waffle iron plus the elaborate coffee machine elevated the breakfast experience to a level not normally associated with Best Westerns. ||For lunch and dinner options, the Texas Roadhouse restaurant is located in the same parking area as the hotel, with many other dining options, mostly fast food, near by. Many restaurants are closed Sundays and Mondays in this area. ||Yes, this hotel charges a higher rate than others in Casa Grande but to us, it's well worth the money. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and know we will be back.

The staff at this hotel—from the front desk to maintenance staff—is absolutely lovely, kind, and goes out of their way to be helpful.

The hotel is also clean and there’s a beautiful swimming pool outside.
