Beds are old not comfy, not a terrible problem.

Zack at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The entire staff was pleasant. From house keeping to daytime servers and cooks.

Tanya and the ownership, extremely un happy with. The restaurant was completely empty. Zero people , I bought food from another place. Couldn’t eat at one at empty restaurant. Have a child who sleeps early so I couldn’t eat in room. They said I couldn’t use tables because the “owner” will get mad. I don’t give a care blank what they think, I payed money to use the facilities here and that includes eating my dinner wherever I’d like. I asked front desk guy (2nd shift) if I can at least go sit in a meeting room and eat comfortably at a table because I worked from 7 am to 7 pm. And I recommend if you want to be respected to just go to another hotel so you can eat comfortably wherever you’d like at reasonable sized table. Not on lobby floor . Lobby’s not eating Friendly .

Comfortable clean hotel. Stayed overnight passing through WV. Beds clean and comfortable. Everyone very nice. Breakfast was cooked fresh and served hot. Very good. Server was awesome and a pleasure to chat with. Location close to highway for ease to get back on the road in the morning

We travelled late into the night and called the hotel at 1:00am to see if there were any rooms left. Sam greeted us so kindly on the phone. He was helpful, understanding and made the call quick and easy. Upon arrival Sam greeted us with good energy (for 1:30am!) and was efficient in getting us into a room for the night. He recommended the breakfast to us and we’re glad he did! The rooms are dated, but clean and the beds were comfy. The washrooms are on the smaller side but manageable. It was the perfect place to put our heads down for the night! And breakfast didn’t disappoint! First they have a juice/water and coffee/espresso/hot chocolate machine in the lobby. The breakfast is in the restaurant and instead of a buffet, you get a proper meal. Eggs, meat, toast or pancake, eggs and toast or a fruit parfait and sweet. The pancakes were wonderful. The woman serving was great too! Everyone we met was so friendly and accommodating (we have a 6 year old and 3 year old with us and they can be busy at times!)

I can’t say I have many reasons for going to Bridgeport, but if I did, this would be my go to place for a great stay!

Employer put crew in this trashy place to save money. Room cards go out at random always have to rebadge them. The beds are not very comfortable.

The worst part of this hotel is a certain few housekeeping staff. They ignore the do not disturb sign and just walk in. Sometimes not announcing themselves. They say they are allowed to come in every 2 days because it says so on the do not disturb sign. Then they say it's every 3 days. When guests work nights and sleep during the day and tell housekeeping not to disturb them and still do it because the sign says they can, it is completely unprofessional and rude! They don't give a damn about any guests complaints about it. Don't be cheap and stay here. Spend a little more and go somewhere else. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very friendly check in experience, the lady (Bev) helped us to find a restaurant to have dinner at closeby. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was nice, freshly made eggs and bacon, with coffee available anytime. We enjoyed our stay here.

After two years of exclusively international travel, we had not stayed in any U. S. hotel until this one. As I told the lady at the front desk when we were checking in, we chose their hotel as the first U. S. hotel in two years. We are former Diamond Select members who are planning to do more U. S. travel in the next couple of weeks and have now completed 6 stays over the past week in Best Western hotels. ||The people at the hotel were extremely cordial. I could tell when I entered the lobby area that the management really cared about being welcoming. The lobby had a scent of fall and was decorated beautifully in a fall theme. We really did appreciate the extra touches to make this hotel special.||The room was comfortable and attractive. We had no complaints about it at all. ||Breakfast was really the best breakfast we had ever had at a Best Western. It was served in their small, cozy restaurant and was hot, made-to-order food. We couldn't have asked for a better breakfast or even a better experience than we had at this hotel. We will keep it on our list of favorites for when we visit West Virginia again.

We were 2 couples travelling together and sharing a 2 Queen bed room (101B). Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and a good size for us, bed was comfortable with 4 good sized pillows each. Breakfast was very good and probably a bit above average for this type of hotel. Hallway and adjacent room noise was a bit higher than it should have been but overall I'd stay here again.
