I had a fantastic experience with the hotel’s customer service. Nav at the front desk was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to check in early and even extending my check-out time upon request.

Jasmeen was also very friendly and went out of her way to assist me by storing my luggage after I checked out, so I could explore without any hassle.

Best Western Plus is my local go-to when things get rough on our property due to weather events. The rooms are clean and so well set up. The staff is very helpful. I recently made a reservation for the wrong day. They were booked and so was everywhere in town. They helped us get a room at another hotel. I truly appreciate the staff.

Spent 3 nights here alone while I was in town apartment hunting. We have since relocated to Bellingham.||I really enjoyed my stay here. The front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. The shuttle service (ran by the front desk as well) was quick and efficient. ||My room wast clean and cozy. I had a working fridge and microwave.||The breakfast was good. They had dairy alternatives (I think it was almond milk) for cereal which is really nice. ||Overall this was a great place to relax after driving around looking at apartments all day. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay , decent sized rooms and good service. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome when we checked in at late night, very thorough and helpful. Breakfast buffet was decent and the lady setting up buffet was quite helpful.

We stay at Best Westerns when travelling. You know what you are getting..clean, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast in the morning to start your day. Our recent travel plans included a bus trip which we thought would be to the Bellingham Airport however, ended up 8 miles away at a Park and Ride. That was no problem for Angelina at reception...she had the driver for the airport shuttle come and get us right away! Just another reason to like Best Westerns! Thanks,

The front desk personal was great. We will come back and stay there any time. The breakfast all looked fresh all the food tasted great. The room was clean had all what we needed for our stay. The heater was on point for the cold night. Thank You Best Western Plus.

We were locked out of our room without notice. We had booked 3 nights and we had to complain to get our room made up. The manager just gave us attitude as to why we would even ask? We were never told we had to "ask and sign up" for having room made up. Of course their breakfast was sub-par as well, not even close to other BW locations we have stayed at. We have family in Bellingham and we will NOT use this facility.
