Patel and arshad are very friendly and provided great customer service!
They accommodated our needs and answered any questions we had.
Rooms were clean, with very comfortable beds and nice pillows.
Pool and hot tub had good temperatures with no chemical smell.
I would strongly recommend them for your next lodging needs!

I stayed with a large group of friends for a retreat. The male staff were very friendly and nice. Our beds were comfortable. Our room door did not latch properly, you had to unstick the latch so it locked. Our TV had to be looked at both nights by staff to make it work. We had someone knocking on our door during the night twice. We didn't get a receipt upon checkout, even when asking for one. Some of our group were overcharged. Breakfast was just OK, both mornings eggs and sausage, cold cereal, breads, fruit.

I stay at Best Westerns a lot for business but this one was the worst. The room and the entire hotel was 75 degrees, two towels in the room reserved for three people, no blanket for the cot, no ketchup for continental breakfast and they were out of coffee by 7:30am. Not great. The pool was really warm though which was nice.

At first this was a decent place to stay. Looked clean. After taking things to our room, we wanted to check out the pool area (as the pool and hot tub was an important option) there was a lock on the door. Asked the front desk if it would be working at some point. The front desk said that it was closed for maintenance and if it wasn't fixed by next day they would put us in a room with hot tub (which they did) stayed for 4 nights and never seen any maintenance working on it. The hot tub in the room made loud banging noises for a bit after letting water out. The main entrance doors were unlocked at all times. Went down to breakfast the first morning to find nothing really there except cereal, breads and pancake maker. When asked about eggs and such, the front desk said they don't make any if not many guests are staying. Which I don't think is fair because we still had to pay the entire amount. We didn't ask but was never offered a discount. All of the staff was on their phones almost everytime we left or came in. Our room cards quit working on the 2nd day we were there (which was resolved but inconvenient) when checking out, was told to just drop the cards in the box. Never got a receipt. Will not stay here again. I have stayed at a few hotels but this one was probably the worse one I've stayed at.

Awful breakfast area gross and barely unattended. Same hot options 3 days. One in our group had a mouse in her room. Front desk staff on phones when areas needed attention. Garbage cart buy ice machine with same garbage in it for 2 days. Smelled and was a foot away from ice. Ants on floor in breakfast area. Large hall for our event had separate restrooms that were unattended and we had to ask for supplies all weekend. Garbage never emptied in the banquet room for our weekend. We (our group) will NOT be back. One in our group was charged a higher amount and they would not adjust rate. It was ridiculous. Go elsewhere.

Positive: Best part about the hotel was the location. Negative: Mold on all of the fruit at the continental breakfast and mold all over everything in the pool area. Beds were also uncomfortable.

Our room was nice. Clean & comfortable. King bed was comfortable, the pillows were comfortable. Pool & hot tub temperature was great. Nice & warm. The downside of it, there were was an ant problem in the pool area.||The included breakfast was a disappointment. Few options, and the options available were not that great. We wound up going to a fast food breakfast for breakfast.

The hotel was decent and the room was clean. The building is old and the elevator is slow. The jets in the hot tub were weak and didn't turn on for several minutes after pushing the button. I thought the free breakfast was nasty. The staff were nice and accommodating. Overall, it was a decent experience for a cheaper hotel.
