Front desk and cleaning staff is friendly and do a good job. The hotel overall is a great value and quiet despite being near the interstate. I had an issue with the internet and once the manager heard about it they worked very hard and diligently to fix it. I have no doubt that they’d work hard to fix any issue. The ac units are completely controlled by the guests and the beds are more comfortable than the average hotel. Very few hotels offer microwaves and mini fridges at this price range.

Very nice hotel! Very clean rooms! Wonderful Continental Breakfast! Every other day it changes from Bacon strips to sausage patties the next day so it is a Nice switch up when you stay for a long time.
Scrambled eggs, or egg patties. Biscuits, waffles, toast, country potatoes, oatmeal, bagels, yogurts, ready peeled boiled eggs, just to name a few things. Fresh coffee and juices.
The only issue was I kept smelling an awful smell for 2 or 3 days in my hotel room. So bad I had bought fabreeze and other sprays but they didn't help. Then I realized it was a drip tray behind the mini refrigerator. I pulled it out and scrubbed it. The only reason I knew what it was after awhile is because I had that happen with my own mini fridge at home. Once I cleaned the sledge build up It took care of the smell right away. That's no one's fault tho. I'm only adding that because if someone is smelling something strange around the refrigerator it will be the back of the mini fridge!
Definitely staying here again!

The ONLY Place we Stay while in Tracy or Stockton. The Manager Crystal is amazing! The Staff is friendly and the breakfast is great!

We needed a spot to rest over night and this was the best location for it. Check in was super friendly and the sleep was OK, except for a decent amount of highway noise. The hotel itself is quite in need of a refurb, but it’s clean. We appreciated the overnight security in the parking lot for our RV a lot! Would probably return when making the trek from SoCal to NorCal again.

So not my first time here but when it was I accidentally left my shower stuff and thought oh well but to my surprise this morning when I returned bout 3 weeks later they had it waiting for me when I checked in absolutely awesome love the service here and diffently be the only place I stay when in Tracy CA The staff here is second to none so if in the neighborhood and need a place to stay right here is the place to be

The front desk Katrina was very rude to me and wasn't welcoming at all...we waited for
20mins before she could greet us, she refused to check me in and was giving signs of being racist not sure if she's unhappy with her job, but that's not an excuse to be rude to customer, she never told us about breakfast or wifi upon checking us in after she urged with me why I can't stay there

Front Desk was helpful/generous/over communicated everything about hotel. Made my stay great.
Near a lot of restruants walking distance which was a huge plus.
Nice little fitness room. Definitely would recommend if in town of Tracy.
