The 1 star rate was given to the poor service and bad attitude the whole team presented. On my arriving at the front desk, the man was not willing to stand up from his playing games. I asked to switch to a more quiet room rather than the one just by the road, he was impatient and reluctantly gave me a second floor room. When I found the room was not the type I booked, I came back to the front desk and tried to talk to the man. He questioned me why I wanted a two bed room when there were only me and my daughter. What’s more he posted a very disrespectful gesture to me. What I was trying to talk to him was that the my booking with the agent was not the one I’ve got. It ended up being I have to take what he gave me and not even paid the difference to have a two beds room. That day the motel has plenty of vacancies.

The second staff got the complaint from my agent and phone me for information, thanked to him that I got an extra blanket to sleep.

In the morning the third staff behind the from desk would even say anything to every customer who came for breakfast.

The location, food, room, equipment are all the good ones in all Best Western hotels but the staff team.

We needed to leave our hotel in LA during the wildfires for a night as we found ourselves in an evacuation zone all of a sudden. I booked this place spontaneously and they didn't take advantage of this situation like other hotels. Had a nice chat with the clerk about the Habsburg family and Austria and we received an upgrade to the suite at no extra cost which was really great as we had our baby with us and enough space for the family. Had a good breakfast the next day before we continued our journey. Thanks again!
The place is under renovation at the moment and I'm sure it will look even better in a few weeks time.

We had an excellent stay here, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. Loved the variety at breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

Booked reservations for 2 rooms, arrived at 3:30 for check in, and our rooms was not ready, was told to wait. The staff could not even give an estimate of when the room would be ready. I had to call every 45min. Our room was not ready until 5:45pm. No apology was given. Ok moving on, what else can go wrong, we left the hotel to go to a venue , returned around 9pm back to the hotel, only to find no parking whatsoever. We were told to park next to a red curb, which is illegal. So no parking for us guests with 2 rooms reserved. Apparently parking is free for anyone to park, and policy isn't enforced. Pool area looks nice but the key card would not work, so had to have staff come open it to have access. Breakfast was free, but mediocre at best. Hotel could be so much better if they showed that they even bothered to care.

I have a reservation coming up for Sunday so I stopped in to read all the reviews I'm very glad to see all the great reviews and excited to travel out there with my family for the weekend I've had to call a few times with questions on the place so far Customer service is phenomenal everyone has been so nice and helpful planning our little vacation!! I'll be back for our final review on the place this weekend !!

No complaints here. The location is great, near restaurants, the staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is included, there is a pool. Parking is abundant and no charge. Ice machine is in the parking lot outside rooms with elevator.

Rooms were dated but nice. Staff were friendly but we barely saw them. We were there for one night. Location was convenient. It was really close to the funeral we were attending.
