Bed was very comfortable. Quiet, clean, easy to find. Our room had a balcony and Beautiful view of the lake. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Gave tips on local attractions and unique stores in area to check out Good variety for breakfast.

Great location, friendly check in. Clean room with a wonderful view! I would definitely stay here again. The free breakfast was the reason only 4 stars. The attendant was rude and did not care that the waffle mix and eggs were empty, I overheard her argue about not having plain coffee creamer and tell another customer to tilt the waffle mix...there's enough in there,|Such a lovely place to have such an unhappy person dealing with customers. All other staff was great!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. They didn't have air conditioning, but they did have a fan in the room and you are able to open the windows. The hotel is conveniently located, and the breakfast had a decent choice of options in the morning. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

We made our reservation way in advance because we were traveling from Florida and when we arrived we were told that the hotel had overbooked. We were so pleased that our original room was upgraded at no additional charge to a suite! Thank you and we look forward to booking a stay again soon!

We stayed near to the end of a 3 week road trip. The hotel has a great position overlooking Lake Lucille, The room was comfortable clean and beautifully presented. We had the best dinner on the whole trip in the adjoining Chop House but sadly the worst breakfast in the hotel the following morning with paper plates and plastic knives and forks !!!

We normally stayed here when we go to Anchorage, most of the time it's great experience. | However, On August 3rd, coming from the airport traveling back to FBX without Reservation. We stopped by for last minute if they have a room for the night. I noticed the parking lot was not "full" thinking we can get it in for the night. |As I approached the front desk the receptionist, I noticed she was at her phone or maybe doing some paperworks. I asked if there's an available room for the night. She looked at me (like she's really annoyed that I disturbed her Candy Crush game, just saying). she looked at me like she was upset or something, she said "NO, we do not" |My answer was "Really" like I said the parking lot wasn't full. And she continues, "oh I just gave the last room like 20 minutes ago sorry". So I'm like ok, "sorry for disturbing your game" and I walked out of the facility. |I understand that if you don't have any available rooms, but don't be snotty to customers. You wrk at the FOH, actually representing the company. | Bottom line is, we never had a bad experience when we stayed here, people are always friendly & accomodating, I am also a member of BW. That is uncalled for.

I love the breakfast in the morning, the rooms are nice and have been remodeled recently. The lake behind the hotel is an awesome place to relax and unwind from the day.

This Best Western is located right on a Lake in Wasila. Trees block views from the rooms, but there are many other vantage points Best Western is not a luxury brand, but the Lake Lucille Inn guest rooms were perfectly fine and the property is well-maintained. There is a free breakfast, but the kitchen area where it is served is too small, there wasn’t enough seating, and the food was limited and of poor quality. As the hotel is located in a subdivision, there’s no nearby breakfast alternative: you have to drive a few miles for anything better.
