This is a great place to stay. We stayed one night and Travis/Missy were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond what they had to do. We needed directions to get to a certain place in Chattanooga and Travis got on computer and printed them out for us. The room was clean and smelled great. Michelle found us a room with 2 queens at the last min. Wasn't available time of booking. Breakfast had a wonderful selection and tasted great. Motel is easy access off I-24. The only complaint I have is the mattress was too soft for me. Every time I turned to a different position my body sank into the middle of mattress. Back ached the next day. I give the experience a 10 because the room was spotless and the friendliness of the desk clerks. We would stay there again. Also, I like that the room was not carpeted.

Stayed here last night on our way from FL to MT. Chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and had good reviews, and am very happy we did. All of the staff that we interacted with were fantastic! Elaine(I believe) was working the front desk when we checked in. She was super friendly and gave us a great restaurant recommendation. The breakfast was better than most free hotel offerings, and the staff member was also wonderful. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall it was everything we could have asked for. If we are in the area again, this is definitely where we will stay!

I hate writing poor reviews, but we were not impressed by this Best Western. We were passing through and I picked this hotel because it got better reviews that the other hotels in the area. |The overall feeling we walked away with is that the place needs a good cleaning. The outside of the ice bucket was greasy and dirty. There was an empty soda bottle under the bedside table. There was food in the freezer. The floor was sticky near the air conditioner. I kept wondering what else had not been cleaned.|The toilet seat was loose and every time we sat down it made a lot of noise, disturbing anyone who was asleep. The air conditioner was very loud. The bed was so high that as a 5'5" woman I could barely pull myself up, especially with a recovering broken wrist. |I have stayed at many Best Westerns and I do not expect a high end hotel, but I do expect more than this. This was not a place I enjoyed staying.

Have stayed at this hotel a number of times besides my most recent 1 night stay. My longest was 9 nights. The rooms are nice and very quiet. The bedding is comfortable and the internet works well. There is a Mexican restaurant nearby that gives a discount when showing your room key. A new, nicer restaurant right next door should open in the next few months.||I will definitely consider staying at the hotel in the future.

I often stay at this Best Western in Kimball TN. It's always a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Great location. Clean rooms. Breakfast is good, eggs, sausage, pancakes, fresh fruit, etc. Comfortable beds. I highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing experience. Our breakfast staff was amazing. She had a toy chest for the kids and made the experience unforgettable. We were on our way to Florida and I almost canceled our hotel on the way back so we could book this one again.
Walmart is a walk away, and plenty of food options also in walking distance.
Outdoor pool is clean, room was clean, everything was great. Stayed two nights.

Hotel was pretty good and fast food places near. Bed comfortable, pillows hard, tv did not work (clerk tried to fix and offered a room switch which was declined). Breakfast okay ..many choices but the orange juice was the worst ever… nothing like OJ except the color. Called to staff attention and they will investigate. Few glitches but overall a decent stay for one night but it is the staff that will make us return. Awesome!

My wife and I were on a trip for work, and I am not one for writing reviews, however, Best Western in Kimball was an excellent place to stay! Greeted by friendly staff and explained all amenities, even recommended Jefferson's Restaurant for dinner! I had to compliment the morning Manager after our first night's stay. The mattress was the most comfortable that we had slept on! Nice, cozy room for sure. If I ever have to travel to that area again, I'll for sure be a patron at Best Western! Thank you ever so kindly!
