Just came back from a weekend trip with friends and our hotel stay was great! Our room had a few bathroom issues which we addressed and handled with great customer service by the front desk! Yes, this hotel could use some upgrades however the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were great and very accommodating! Definitely will be staying here again next year!

We stayed one night at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The hotel consists of multiple separate buildings with rooms. We booked a 1 King Bedroom suite with a sofa bed in the dining area and kitchen. The rooms were clean, and it was a relief to find a Best Western hotel with a bathroom door lock.

Breakfast was served in a different building near the pool area and was satisfactory. However, one area for improvement would be to provide pots, pans, and cutlery in the kitchen rooms without requiring guests to request them after check-in. Additionally, the provided pots and pans should be appropriately sized, and the plastic cups for coffee and tea could be improved (Ceramic).

Overall, we had no major complaints and would recommend this hotel to others

Room was clean and well kept. It was quiet in the back side of the property and next to postal mail facility. No landline phone in room. Maintenance on bathroom shower head and towel rack was a little inconvenient. Breakfast was very good with hot food, make your own waffles, yogurt bar (!) and cereals. The evening social was simple but nice and worth a stop. Warm cookies were a find during the evening at the front lobby. Location was next to main road for restaurants, to Tucson Mall, and easy access to Saguaro National Parks and other popular outdoor activities.

We stayed at this Best Western in November 2024. As I this write this in January 2025, I certainly hope that horribly incompetent front desk clerk, Trey, has been fired! ||OMG, what a disaster. We had a confirmed reservation; what should have taken five minutes dragged on forever. First Trey said we didn't have a reservation because he couldn't find it by name. Then he didn't seem to know the difference between a confirmation number and a Best Western Rewards number. When Trey finally found our reservation, he said we had already checked in. I explained that couldn't have happened because we just pulled up. Then he couldn't determine what room we were supposed to be in. The keys he gave us didn't work, so we had to go back to the office for new ones.||Trey was completely inept and should never have been left manning the front desk. He spent the entire interaction repeatedly apologizing for his shortcomings, but I never got the impression that he actually cared about his job. It was like the last place he wanted to be was at the front desk of the Best Western.||Another weird check-in thing was a requirement to sign a disclaimer against engaging in illegal activities, including drug use. We have stayed at a lot of hotels over the past 40 years and have never experienced anything like this before.||There are no elevators at this motel, so be prepared to climb stairs if your room is on the second floor. The only working ice machine was outside the front office; none in our building or the surrounding buildings worked. This motel is very outdated and in dire need of remodeling. The area doesn't appear super safe, so we were sure to leave nothing in our rental car.||The only bright spot at this hotel was Nico, the front desk clerk that we worked with the second day of our stay. He was intelligent, articulate, and smart enough to recognize that his co-worker Trey was a total nincompoop.

Loved staying here. Hotel seemed quite nice for the price. Quiet at night, staff were helpful and friendly. In the future, would bring ear plugs for the early morning as I was woken up by people getting for early breakfast talking outside my door. Hot breakfast was yummy. Lovely pool and hot tub. Close to the highway, Whole Foods, restaurants. Lots of parking. Would stay again.

I stay here anytime I am near Tucson. It is a wonderful hotel with a great staff and nice, clean rooms. The property is clean, very quiet and there are numerous places to eat within 5-10 minutes at most. I highly recommend it if you are staying in or near Tucson. You will not be disappointed.

Good location for a few days stay. Plenty of restaurants in the area, and breakfast is plentiful too. The beds are quite firm and the blankets are thin. No fluffy comforter.

Rooms as well as open spaces were clean and well maintained. Served hot breakfast with lots of options to choose from. Everything was fine except one issue of thermostat not working properly in my room. Temperature kept fluctuating the whole night.
