I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the many negative reviews on here. I also rarely write reviews unless it’s to speak up for the business. Everything other people complained about was good on our end. Three large towels were available when we got into the room. No signs of flood damage or bugs. Beds were comfortable and my husband and I got 4 pillows each. There was a desk with a sleek desk lamp, a lounge chair, a bench for your suitcase, and the coffee machine came on its own sliding tray that was super cute. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, hash browns, bananas, apples, two kids of muffins, cereals, yogurt, all kinds of breads, waffles, and more coffee. They let you take the food into the room that has a microwave and fridge. Housekeeping was ongoing and not something you have to request and wait around for. Overall nothing to complain about given our budget and star rating. We would definitely book again.

This place was a real disappointment. We got a tepid reception. We had requested a quiet location when booking, but we were in a room steps from the parking lot on the first floor. Many rooms face the pool and would’ve been much quieter. The room was clean, although the air conditioning made strange noises that were distracting. When turning on the water at the sink, the entire base of the faucet turned. ||We got no service on our room for two days, including one day where we made the request twice.||The caulk around the tub was kind of gross, and the tub itself was peeling in several places. We did find the beds comfortable. ||The breakfast was lacking. One day there was no coffee for quite a while, and when they did make it, it was full of grounds. There were no juices at any day during our stay. The eggs were dry. However, the sausage and waffles were quite good.||This older hotel has potential, but isn’t there yet.

The only thing about this hotel that is good is the location to the mountains for hiking. This was the WORST place I have ever stayed. I will NEVER return. The front desk staff were rude and didn't care about anything other than going to sit in the back room. The breakfast was pitiful. The common areas where disgusting and not clean. The two bathrooms in there especially gross. Upon checking in after they didn't have a room for me for the first night I checked over the cleanliness of the room and found mold under a white sticker on the bottom of the tub. (they were trying to hide it). overall the room was okay. floors not clean as my feet turned black from inside. BUT two rooms down from me had the door wide open as they were cleaning in it and the mattress had HUGE BLACK SPOTS on the bed!!! SO GROSS. Oh! and mind you I had a guy pretty much stalking me at the pool the whole time and I asked the front desk to do something and they refused. all in all 0/5 will not recommend. wish they would make this right and refund me.

Positive: The daily cleaning service was a bonus. And though I would not use the pool, it is a lap pool that is heated and looks clean. The pool area has big potential, but has no shade umbrellas or nice outdoor furniture, just cheap lounge chairs. Depressing. Negative: The hotel is more like a Hotel 6 than a Best Western. Some attempt was made to renovate the rooms, and the interior of the room is better than the exterior of the hotel, however it is not up to Best Western standards by any stretch of the imagination.

So it's a neat older Hotel and the room is clean but the shower didn't get very hot and there was very low pressure. The staff was nice but the breakfast area was completely trashed and there was nothing to eat at all we visited with one couple that said they had been there 11 days and had been that way everyday very sad indeed cannot recommend. I gave them two stars because of the cleanliness but it's probably a one star

This hotel didn't show it's best. We found human hair and gravel in the carpet, and the gym was dirty: the hand sanitizer was completely empty and sanitizing wipes were not stocked. The staff cleaned the breakfast area before the listed time, which was honestly fine because the food was pretty disappointing, even for a continental breakfast. The hot tub was nice, and there is a laundry unit but detergent was not provided. Hotel staff does respond to calls, we complained about extremely loud music and they put a stop to it. Wish we could have given this a higher rating but this seems fair.

I came to town to do a motorcycle safety course and booked the room last minute. I had my dog with me as well. The room was perfect for me and my pet. Simple, clean, private with plenty of clean pet areas. The location was great. safe, nice and easy access to where i needed to and plenty of amenities around the area. But the hotel is set back off the road a bit making it feel safe. The staff was top notch! friendly, offering restaurant options for my later arrival, attending to my questions in a courteous manner. Above and beyond care and service as I left my camera in my room when i departed. I called a few weeks later and they had it stored in a safe. Felix, the manager was able to locate it for me and verify it was mine. He then was able to ship it to my home in Colorado! I am so grateful for this little gem and will definitely stay here next time in town.
