Staff was great here, breakfast good. However the pet-friendly room was maybe a old budget motel quality, the mattress, bedding & towels were the worst I've ever had. The area were this Best Western is located is quiet but lots of homeless junk just across the street. However, it did not feel unsafe and the Best Western exterior property was very clean and well tended to.

The desk person was super helpful|The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Can't judge the pillows we use our own. The location was great. We made it to the hospital in plenty of time for pre surgical check in. The neighborhood seemed very safe. The next room was noisy late.

Positive: Clean, quiet, tucked away from the freeway and main road. Was near restaurants and gas. We'd had a long day and were beyond exhausted when we arrived. Negative: I require accessible rooms. The bed was too tall and both chairs rolled away -- sitting was awkward. The bed was on a metal platform - both of us stubbed toes on it in the dark. The heater fan never shut off. No easy to reach place for a cane by the bed

Brief trip to Vancouver to pick up my sister for our father’s funeral. The lady checking me in was very pleasant, and it was quick & easy. The bed was the most comfortable of any hotel I’ve stayed in for many years. There was a strange noise in/around my upstairs room that bothered me when I was trying to fall asleep (refrigerator I think?) but most people probably wouldn’t even notice, just my restlessness probably. If you’re picky about your breakfast, you’d probably be disappointed with the offering, but I was good with a couple sausage links sandwiched into an English muffin. Will more than likely stay here again when visiting family in town.

The room was clean, and the service was good. Our breakfast was awesome. We also travel for 2 weeks, and they keep our car parked in their parking lot (that costs extra).

Positive: "" Negative: Homelessnes area, unsafe at night, police and crime, could here women screaming outside at night. Hotel double charged deposit during cars stuck in snowstorm, price gouging. Hotel clerks hassling me about being disabled with service pet. Loud during night

Check in attendant was courteous, room was clean and updated. The shower did not have once spot of mold super clean. The bed was comfortable and we were able to get a good night's rest. Will choose this location again if in the area.

Positive: "" Negative: Double charged deposit(price gouging), hassled me im disabled over service pet. Caught norovirus from hotel and became severely sick and was in severe pain after eating breakfast and swam pool, price gouging during snowstorm and impassable roads.
