Jenny is an absolute treasure and great host! Her service alone made my unfortunate time here worthy of a five star review. Highly recommend this location change out the tan blankets they use. Jenny is so kind sweet and follows up on requests. I had some issues with my room tied to a blanket that gave me a rash and went to an urgent care and ER, but she went so far as to document with photos of my rashes, asked to take photos of the ones that were worse from earlier to pass to her manager, found me a new room, brought me new linens, provided me with the means to clean my clothes that came in contact with the blanket, and brought me even more clean linens just to check on me. On top of that, she offered me a blanket from HER house to make up for what occurred. ABSOLUTE GEM and deserves more than whatever she is being paid. If it hasn’t been for her, I would have been calling everyone and their mother. Best hostess at a hotel I have EVER had. Thank you!

Clean rooms, smelled actually clean like lysol and bleach. Room was fully stocked. Service is wonderful the employees are very kind and helpful. Breakfast included so many options. Hot breakfast was oatmeal, waffles, sausage, eggs, gravy, biscuits and seasoned potatoes. Lots of bread options and juice, tea, coffee. Kitchen staff is wonderful and goes out of their way to make the food taste great. So good at accommodating us since we had been driving for two days straight from North Carolina.

My one night stay was an excellent value for the price. The full breakfast offerings were impressive with a full range of options with hot and cold food. My room was very clean and spacious. I recommend the Best Western Desert Villa Inn for anyone looking for a place that offers lots of amenities, especially breakfast.

Good hotel, room was clean, bed was comfortable. A little bit noisy from freeway and train yard not to bad with door shut. Breakfast was as expected but they did have chorizo and strong coffee. Will stay here again.

We had a long drive and had to stop at 5am. Nick, the front desk employee was sooo helpful and kind and even extended our checkout just in case we needed it. The room was really nice and clean and when we were leaving, one of the male housekeepers helped bring my suitcase down the stairs without asking. I would FULLY recommend this hotel!!

Jenny at the front desk helped us get a room, she was amazing. Nice, considerate, talked to us like we were people and not just another face. She recommended places to eat and told us about Barstow as we aren’t from around here. She needs a raise.

Rooms are clean, beds are nice and comfy. Shower pressure is good. Front desk service was A+. Breakfast was amazing. Would stay here again on my travels in and out of LA. Walmart is 2 min away.

Would not stay here again without some updates. This is a MOTEL and not a HOTEL. Could not turn on AC unit and office said I had to reset it (push button where it is plugged into wall outlet). Although "pet friendly" that just means they let your dog stay with you. The only place they have for dogs to do their business is a small fenced in area in a scary place behind motel that is just gravel with lots of trash all over the place and our dogs wouldn't go on rocks. Temp is in high 80s and a heavily clothed man with a hat and ski mask on walked from office to stairs outside our room to just sit and stare at my husband loading vehicle. Office said he was a guest. Building is one sidewalk width away from busy roadway. Overall, we did not feel safe and couldn't wait to leave.
