In all my years of hotel experiences and different rated hotels (including 5 star hotels), I have NEVER gotten a personal text message every morning asking how I slept, how my stay was and if there was anything I needed. Very clean hotel, breakfast was great with a variety of choices (no hot food like eggs, sausage and bacon) but still a variety- waffle makers with tons of toppings, cereals, pastries, breakfast sandwiches/burrito’s, oatmeal, coffee/tea. The staff is AMAZING!!!

We enjoyed our stay here. They have signs all over for quiet hours, so it was nice. Our room was comfortable. We didn't use the pool or exercise room. Breakfast was all carbs. There were breakfast burritos/sandwiches that you could put in the microwave, but the rest was all waffles, muffins, bagels, and cereal. The front desk staff were very nice. The computer and printer in the lobby worked well (we have never taken advantage of that before this trip).

We go up too Bear Valley, every year, round same time. The Original Townhouse we always rent, wasn’t available. So the company transferred us to, Angles Camp Ca, Cedar Lodge…The Two rooms we booked were just PERFECT…. The Free breakfast was EXCELLENT…. Love the cute but not too deep, for the kiddos, Heated Pool,, was OUTSTANDING!!!! We’re all going back up there. Again and again. For as long as they will have us….🎉💯. Clean! Location is great. Staff: especially Sara and Esther, but everyone including housekeepers and groundskeepers were amazing! Friendly, professional, polite, accommodating! Even the breakfast was great. We will definitely be there again!

Positive: I really appreciated the cleanliness and the volume level of the hotel. It was a great surprise to not be bothered or disgusted. Negative: The continental breakfast was very small (cereal and various pastries). I am gluten free so my only options was boiled eggs and yogurt.

When your on the bottom floor the noise from above is ridiculous. Sounded like a brawl was going on all night. You can't leave the fan in the room on continuously it runs off a thermostat to save money of course. No fan in bathroom either. The blankets were so thin basically sheets. House keeping knocking on the door two hours before check out. Only two stars is for the price it was cheap.

The check in clerk Saul was very friendly. The lobby and the area for the included breakfast was nicely decorated. The room was large and clean. It has a refrigerator, microwave oven and a coffee maker. The breakfast was very good with a large variety of breakfast items including make your own waffles. I would stay here again.

Very clean, well-maintained facility. Room was spacious with 4 adults sharing one room comfortably. There was a full bathroom, and then a second sink and mirror outside of the bathroom so everyone could get up and get ready to go at the same time. |Breakfasts listed as continental, but they also offered biscuits and sausage gravy, and the wonderful waffle makers. Unfortunately, cereal, fruit, and boiled eggs was the only gluten and milk free options. They did provide almond milk. |There is only one designated disable parking spot, and it is on the part of the driveway, halfway up a hill on at the base of stairs. That location was a little confusing. However, the rest of the parking around the building, is on flat ground with no stairs at the entrance.|Staff were very friendly and helpful.|Was pricey. Would not have been able to do the trip if I was traveling alone. It took 4 people to pay for the room.
