We have stayed at this Best Western several times through the past years. We have always been pleased with the property, the staff and the amenities. However this year we found that thier new beds are much cheaper and extremely firm. Everyone in our party had a bad night's sleep and we would not recommend this location for your hotel needs. The staff and amenities were fine although everything here is quite tired.

Very friendly staff, clean room, very convenient, safe, balcony a plus. The breakfast was awesome. Lots of selections and the waffle maker a plus! Very happy.... will definitely be back soon!! Don't hesitate to book this hotel! Actually going through a renovation now so it will be even better soon....

Stayed there on trip to Disneyland and Universal studios. Worth the drive, after long days in lines. so nice to come back to an ocean hotel. walked across the street to beach access. Wonderful at moderate price. drove to Dana Point beach as well. The kids loved going to the beach as well as the amusement parks

Excellent value and close to the Mission, which is why tourists come there. I stayed in one of the not remodeled rooms, but it was acceptable, clean, and the bed and sheets/pillows were good hotel quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful.||It's a little noisy due to a freeway being close. But that is normal in this price level and in southern California||

Positive: Room smelled cleaned and I had no issues finding parking close to my room. Location off the highway is very convenient and restaurants are 5min away. Negative: Bathroom could use renovation. The door lock did not seem very secure.

Positive: It ws beautiful and quiet considering how close to the freeway it was. Negative: It was hard to get into the hotel due to its closeness to the freeway unless you were turning right. The signage needs to be better to see for hotel entrance. And my bathroom door was dented and not able to close.

Unfortunately, the room was dated and bathroom was a little dirty. The room was in clean condition but the walls are very thin. The person in room next door coughed for approximately 30 min. Perhaps she was allergic to her dog which she had in the room. Breakfast was simple but more than enough to satisfy the average person and it's included with the room charge a plus

OMG your staff were phenomenally outstanding exemplary! Every staff we came in contact with were extremely attentive, courteous. kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Our family came in under an emergency evacuation from the Altadena/Pasadena Eden fire very early morning. Jonathan greeted and treated us like family! Quickly got us in and settled Gave us beautiful  newly renovated rooms. Jonathan express extreme concern empathy even stated that he would bring anything we needed to our rooms, We didn't have to come out  just give him a call. The following 10-day stay was wonderful. However difficult it was for our family your staff made our experience comfortable, with their warmth, smile and friendly demeanor. Even the construction workers were kind. My husband has Parkinson's dementia triggered by trauma. Your staff treated him with the utmost care and consideration due to the stressors that I/we was/ were undergoing navigating each day. Given the difficulties of our circumstances they even waved the pet fee! Because of the incredibly superior service and experience we will always stay first at Best Western wherever we go! I've already told my friends and family about how awesome. We're fortunate our house is still standing. We had a lot of cleanup to do but the stay at Best Western kept me centered so it made coming back a little less trauma.Our family would like to personally thank Jonathan P.  Perla l. CaroT. Rya and Carolina (with your beautiful smile)!!! Outstanding exceptional service! I don't know the name of the dining room gentleman staff who was really kind to my husband when he was having a Parkinson's dementia episode special gratitude for making our stay and looking out for us each morning.
