The room was huge but very dark. Seemed clean enough. The lady at check in did seem like she couldn't be bothered and offered no information about the hotel or surrounding area. Should I happen to be in the area I'd consider staying again just due to the comfort of the room

Staff was very pleasant, but the water was brown; not sure it was safe to use. Also, the shower floor was dangerously slippery. The room was clean and there is a restaurant next door. That said, there are few hotels to choose from in this area so it was our best choice.

After a long day of driving and seeing Canyon De Chelly, we stayed one night here. Comfortable room with fridge and microwave. We had dinner at the on site restaurant and it was tasty. Coffee in the morning and a cookie (or two) is also a nice touch.

Our stay at Canyon De Chelly BW was very exhilarating and the rooms were great!! The staff were kind and respectful. I rated highly because of their quality of professionalism and exceptional services.

Hate this place. I was trying to get home to attend my dad's funeral and had no service and no idea how to get home other than wifi. Anyways I ended up going the wrong way and didn't make it to my dad's funeral. Being lost and I was hoping to use best western wifi, to the lady up front with the braces... eat rocks.

This Best Western has very dark rooms, which I don’t like. However, the staff are very nice, coffee and excellent cookies in reception, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. And, there aren’t better hotels in Chinle. But what really makes this hotel great is the Junction Restaurant. Nothing like walking over to a really good place to eat and not having to get in your car at the end of a day of touring. Don’t miss the blue corn pancakes for breakfast.
