This place is one of my local favorite hotels for several reasons, including the friendly and accommodating staff, the fact that breakfast is ALWAYS 6-10 in the morning, the relatively low price compared to the surrounding area and similar hotels, I can always find a (free! Yay!) place to park, and, they have had cinnamon Chex, which might be my favorite cereal in the whole world, every time I've gone for breakfast in the last year. The rooms are always clean and the beds are plenty comfortable, and while parts of it look a little dated, who cares? I didn't go to a hotel so I could look at and be critical of the carpet or the furniture or whatever. One of the two elevators was out of service for a few months in 2024, which was a little hard on my husband when he was recovering from his knee injuries and subsequent surgeries, but they're both working now, so anyone else who can't do stairs doesn't have to worry about it.

This is an older hotel but in decent shape. It seemed pretty clean and always tidy. Very central location which worked great for what we needed. We were in town for a hockey tournament and the furthest rink was only 11 minutes away while the other 2 were only 5 minutes! A quick drive and you have tons of shopping or restaurant options. We slept with the window open on the 4th floor and it was very quiet overnight. Breakfast was hot and fresh and decent variety for a free breakfast.

Breakfast was wonderful. Good variety. Though the waffle mix was a little thin. Customer service was excellent. Very friendly. The rooms are nice. Overall a very nice, and comfortable place to stay.

First night, Feb 25, 2025 we get tucked in bed just to find out the remote control is broken. No way to operate the TV otherwise. Second night, Feb 26, midnight the phone rings. From our deep sleep I am told that our car is improperly parked. “Must” be moved immediately. Albeit there are NO signs indicating that cars cannot park in those spots. No painted curbs. Mad as heck I get dressed and moved the car.
Next morning, half asleep from my lac of sleep, I go take a shower. NO WATER. None, zero, zilch. We had to check out of the hotel and on to a meeting with a mess for hair, un showered and unbrushed teeth. They claimed to have placed notices in the elevator. Not one that we saw the night before nor the morning we were checking out.
The manager Leroy, gave is $60 bucks off the one night. But I want ALL MY MONEY BACK. Worst stay. Admittedly Leroy was off those 2 nights so this very poor execution cannot be blamed on him.

Small room. But its okay just for the night. Good breakfast. But when we left there, we left our facial anua lotion. And I emailed them, they said room cleaner can’t find the lotion.

The staff is amazing and friendly. Rooms are great and clean. This is my home away from home for 8 weeks a year and I couldn't be more grateful for this place!

I've stayed here a few times whenever my church had a vigil. This hotel is across the street from my church. I booked a room for 2/7/25 just to find out that the payment system wasn't accepting my PayPal card. My card kept declining it wasn't even locked and it had money on it. There was a young man at the front desk who was kind of rude when he kept telling me that the card either have insufficient funds or it's lock and that you need to call your bank. My bank was closed so I couldn't call them. I had no choice but to cancel my reservation. I am very disappointed. The fact that the payment system at hotels don't accept paypal is ridiculous

no hot water for two weeks that i stayed there the other two weeks was warm to cold. I addressed this with staff and the males all had attitude when i brought this up saying its just how it is . I have been to plenty of hotels and the water was extremely hot and you can adjust to your liking. this hot had no hot water except if you wanted to sit outside in the jacuzzi
