Front desk guy was helpful by helping us getting our money back. The website photos were very misleading, which I’ll share our pictures. My wife and I picked this place because it had pretty high ratings and reviews.|We’ve traveled quite a bit, but I’ve never written a review. This is to provide more information that we wish we would had.|Here’s the 3 things we felt or misleading. I’ll show photos rather than just tell me about it.|1. Pool area. The photo on the website looks really nice at sunset. When you get there, you’ll see the nice pool but there’s only room enough for one or two chairs at each end of the pool.. This is not a pool that people can sit around like you normally see. It’s a long narrow pool with 1 or 2 chairs at the end of the pool. See photos..|2. Location based on the pictures it looks like a great setting .As you’ll see from the photos it’s a place that is basically sitting in the middle of a parking lot.. |3.. Room , from the photos everything looks clean, but here’s a photo we share about we found in our room.

A delightful cozy inn. The proprietor Jim was gracious and warm, his little dog so cute. The outdoor area is inviting and a nice place to relax. Very comfortable bed, interesting artwork, fresh flowers on the table, snacks and upscale waters. Small pool on rooftop that we didn’t use. Great area in Old Town Scottsdale and very walkable. Thoroughly enjoyed!

We stayed in the Terrace room. Beautifully furnished and very clean. A/C was very
cold! Proximity to Old Town was great as was the off street parking. Check in was easy and staff helpful. The only complaint I have about the location is the property is next to a dog groomer/day care/boarding facility. Dogs barked from 7am until 6pm. Nothing against dogs, I have one, but if you’re wanting to sleep in past 7am, pack a white noise machine.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. The hotel was immaculate and the pool was lovely and the area at the pool was so nice to sit and chill. The pool felt very private. Jim, the owner, was so accommodating and gave us lots of bar/restaurant recommendations for the area. We had rented a car and there is so much parking nearby. Jim also let us store our cases in his office and let us have a late check out as we had a late flight back to the UK. He did this without us even asking. There is also a lovely restaurant. We didn’t eat there but did have a drink at night. It was our first time in Scottsdale and we would definitely book again. |Mimi is also very cute!

I wanted to love this place, but in the end we left halfway through our scheduled stay. Although the location is great and the grounds are lovely, our room (the Loft) had a weird set up. The clawfoot tub and shower were separated from main living space by only a sheer curtain (doesn't work well with a mother/son trip or platonic travelers, maybe okay for romantic couples). That was not apparent from the pictures. The stairway to the loft (where the only bed is located) is rather narrow and requires one to walk up and down to use the bathroom -- not good after dark as it didn't feel safe. The outdoor space was not at all private to our room; it was in the main walkway through the center of the inn. Finally, the location is right next door to a doggie daycare and early morning barking was incessant and very annoying. Perhaps a different room would have been less so (noisy). The manager seemed put out when I brought these issues to his attention and suggested this should have been disclosed. I would not stay there again but must assume some of the other rooms are better and quieter than ours was.

Place was very nice. My wife thought the place was very cute and loved soaking in the clawfoot tub. The shower had a major leak though and water came pouring in through one of the walls. Coffee in the room also sucked. It was old and stale. Pool was too hot to enjoy in the summer as well. Other than some minor issue we were very happy with this spot.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Bespoke Inn... From our first interaction with Jim and Mimi everything was perfect! The amenities are wonderful from robes to slippers to great coffee and open door amenities closet to get anything you might need! It was perfect walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale, shopping and restaurants! We loved the rooftop pool that we took advantage of every afternoon after hiking. The outdoor garden area was perfect for a glass of wine! We cannot wait to return!!! This will be our go to anytime we are in Scottsdale!!

Every detail to this inn made our stay so comforting and feel like a vacation. The tiles and the salt water roof top pool - to the on site restaurant with twinkle lights during the evening. The calmest of the blue tile fountains& flowers. This place is beautiful & near no many great little restaurants and bars. We loved Jojos for breakfast. Along with the tea & coffee available in our room. And the robe and slippers. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Thank you.
