It was awesome, Mindy was super nice and helpful. The rooms are quite nice, and there's also a Grill, A Campfire, and if she also has some boogie boards you can use. It was super cool that the ocean was essentially a 1 minute walk from the apartment, had lots of fun. There is also a surf shop across the street that rents wetsuits for cheap if you want to use the boogie boards in the winter.

These are really cute studios, 2 adults only per studio. You couldn't call these luxury, but they were nice and It looked like they had been redone. The bathroom was really nice and updated. It was very clean. There was a kitchenette that included a refrigerator, 2 burners to cook on, and microwave, no oven. Convenient area, very close to the beach. Washers and dryers are not in the apartments but there's a set on site. I found the bed more comfortable than my husband . The manager of Beso de Sol was also very nice and helpful. We stayed a week and would come back.

We’re here for week and so far our stay has been wonderful. Mindy, the property manager, has made many updates to the property since our last visit here, which was many years ago. There are cameras in the common areas, parking lot and fire pit/bbq area but that’s to be expected and a good thing in book. The resort itself is quiet and fountains throughout the back corridor do a nice job of drowning out the PCH hwy noise. Mindy has put her heart and mindfulness into the upgrades and she runs a tight ship to keep this place nice for us, her visitors. Super clean, friendly and helpful management, great location, with the best beach sunsets ever! We will make this our home away from home while coming to visit our son for many years to come!

Staying here was a miserable experience! So bad we rented a different place for 5 out of 7 nights of our vacation! Mindy the manager is horrible! She will come into your room at anytime she feels like it, and in our case took personal property because she said it wasn’t allowed with out even talking with us! Like we are 5 year olds. Miserably hot with no AC, not a great area (homeless everywhere) so you don’t fell safe leaving windows and doors open to cool the room. Would not recommend staying here. Would recommend Mindy gets replaced by someone way less intrusive and combative! 👎

This property manager is so rude. Don't waste your money on this place. It's summer time an she has no ac. It's about 10 feet away from a biker bar. So you will not be able to sleep. I booked two rooms, and there was no mention that you could not have any children until after u paid. She wouldn't refund the rooms I paid for. She kept calling just to rub it in my face that I wasn't going to be able to use the rooms because I had children. You also have to have a compact car to park in the parking spots, or u have to park on a very busy street. She doesn't even have a full-size refrigerator for the apartment. It's very outdated.

The unit was clean, within walking distance to the beach/stores however the property manager (Mindy) has racist characteristics. She was a bit bossy and contradicting to perpetuate her bossiness throughout my stay watching my every move with cameras on the property and who knows what else ..would i wanna stay there again? ...nah

My wife and I stayed here in November 2022 and it was really nice. The rooms are small but very comfortable. The hostess was really nice. No problems at all. It was clean. A very short walk to the beach. Literally across a small park and you are on the sand. There is a nice restaurant/ bar right next door. Overall we had a great experience. We will be there again in May. My wife's sister and her husband stayed in a separate room and had a great time also.

Right off the Beach, steps away. units are small but adequate. Fridge is a dorm sized fridge don't buy too many groceries at a time. There was a portable indoor AC unit and because we came in may it worked just fine! The building structure is right on the ground, so do bring slippers. Very nicely decorated. Internet and TV premium shows included. Also includes phone! The lady there was quick to get our TV working. Our family has stayed twice through global connections. Honestly mom was upset when she saw so tiny but the other positives definitely outweighed the cons.
