Drive Thru Only, but trust me, the quality of food is worth it. You don't need a dining room experience, because the biscuits and burgers are all the existential gourmet education you're gonna need. I give them 5 stars across the board, not because they're my hometown burger joint, but they are THE hometown burger joint. Genuinely, every breakfast platter or chili burger you get is the way these things are supposed to be made at a "mom 'n pop" diner. If you're passing through Citronelle, drive Thru and enjoy some good food to go.

All I can say is wow! So so sooooooo good. Local business and home made food and nice peoples. Might be the best quick burger I’ve ever had. No exaggeration. Real food and incredibly delicious. ?

Went through drive-thru, trainee gave me the wrong order (I can deal with that but if she ain't ready- don't leave her alone) I drive back, go inside to get my correct order. I then get fried-twice over cooked fries! Not happy but the Big bam-a burger is good.

This place is amazing!!!! Best burgers around! Well seasoned handmade patties and buttery biscuits. This is my favorite place to eat in Citronelle.

The food was EXCELLENT. We wanted something quick while traveling, ordered burgers and a taco salad. Burgers were fantastic! Will definitely stop next time we pass through! Wish Bertile's would expand outside of Alabama. Bring one to Tennessee and Kentucky!!
