This place is filthy. The stains have stains. We left our clothes in the car for fear of bringing anything home with us. The drawers had crumbs and debris in them. The musky smell was disturbing. $100 damage deposit you have to pay upfront; reason given was we are next to a bar and have to do this. Was told absolutely no guests unless family. I didn't ask, but it sounded more like a no "companions" rule. The musky smells in the halls change flavor as you enter the room and will leave you guessing. I have never been this uncomfortable staying somewhere before. Do yourself a favor and close this browser tab and pick something else. You can thank me in another life.

A fair rate the first night you stay, but if you decide to stay another night, your rate goes up, thin walls, could hear the neighbors tv plain as day, when I told front desk, nothing was done about it. The owners friendliness was as stale as there continental breakfast, which was far more depressing than the room we were given, crooked head board, oh and the last tenants underwear under the bed was another classy touch to the worst place I've stayed. It's only getting 2 stars instead of 1, because the night guys that work there are hard working and quick to make your stay pleasant, even fix the ice machine at 3am. It's not there fault the owner doesn't give a shit. Anyway, you've been warned. Good luck

This was in my bed. Bed bugs! The floor had crumbs. At least they gave me a refund.I wanted to add in that they called me and asked to give me a night stay for free in order to take my review down. They also said they searched the room and couldn’t find any evidence that there were bugs. Even though the employee caught the bug in a cup and left it in the room. I wanted to add a photo of the bed bug photos location so they can’t gaslight me into saying there were no bugs crawling in my bed.

Ive stayed many nights in the Bellis Inn and Ive always been treated with kindness from the staff at the counter
This is a $60 a night hotel with free breakfast, wifi, hbo and includeds a mini fridge, a microwave and a coffee machine in every room.
You cant find a better value...

I wish I read the reviews before I booked on Expedia, because you want to avoid this place at all costs! I've never left a motel, and I can handle small things missed but this rooms was absolutely disgusting.||I let the front desk know about 30 minutes after checking in, he asked if I'd like to change rooms but I honestly couldn't see another room being better so I declined. He told me to contact expedia, so I was in the room gathering my two kids and stuff, while on the chat with Expedia. The front desk guy refused the refund to Expedia, he gave Expedia the owner/managers email and he only gave a 50% discount (i had two nights booked) because I was in the room 2 hours and they couldn't rent it. However, I was in the room for 1 hour maybe dealing with Expedia and at the front desk for an hour.||There was hair, dirt, food, dust, and stuff I have no idea what it even was all over the floors. There was a booze can under the bed, the sheets were stained, hell maybe not even cleaned. The garbage can was disgusting, like I've never seen a motel room have something like this ever. The drawer was absolutely gross. My almost 5 year old child was itchy and grossed out to the point she was begging to leave.||The owner is not fair, expedia sent pictures of the room and he had nothing to say and came up with any excuse to keep my money. I would not recommend, literally so gross! Poor management and just out to scam people who bring this to their attention.

I give the Bellis two stars because it’s affordable, that and the breakfast room are all it has going for it. I stayed there for an extended time while moving to Bellingham. Overall cleanliness, one star. Customer service, three stars, unless you are dealing with the owner or his wife, they suck (zero stars). Except to smell drugs as you walk through the hallways and see hand to hand deals in the parking lot. This is definitely not somewhere I would bring children.

I needed to check in early and while it did cost me a little bit more they gave me the best room they had, I never even had to ask! Room was really clean, it was super quiet and I slept good. One of the things I really liked about the bellis is they don't outlaw or judge you for vaping. I don't do continental breakfast so I can't comment on that. I would definitely return.

In my 75 years I have had the opportunity to check into a few motels.This has been by far the cleanest Motel I have chance to stay in. The owner and the housekeeping / maintenance young man have gone above and beyond to make my stay so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this motel for prices, cleanliness, and customer service. There was two or three minor, minor issues that aren't worth mentioning as I know that they no doubt will have addressed those. I was here for a medical procedure.
