The worst hotel experience I have had on my 36 years on this earth.

The room we booked was not the room we were given.

Upon checking in we find the large hot tub in the room ( the main reason we had booked it ) had been replaced during the remodels with a single person bath tub. The hotel neglected to update any of the photos of this "newly remodeled" property.

There was a large leak above our bathtub, coming from the tub in the room above ours. The front desk told us the only option was to move rooms to a different lay out that also had a tub, but then asked us to not use the tub for the duration of the stay, because apparently they are all leaking. Our other option was getting walked to a lesser quality sister property.

This hotel shouldn't even be open in it's current state. This had to have been the cheapest, quickest, remodel they could have possibly done. Charging $300+ a night is ludicrous.

There is no restaurant on site, there is no pool, there is no hot tub. There are no longer hot tubs in any of the rooms. There was no phone in our room. There was no drain in the sink in the bathroom.

What was supposed to be a romantic Valentines Day weekend getaway turned into 2-3 hours of stress and dealing with the front desk before we demanded a full refund and just drove back home.

The front desk did offer us 40% off our stay, but even at that price, this hotel isn't worth it. Hopefully they can get their act together, but at this point in time, I would very much steer clear.

Our stay was perfect. The only thing not so great was that the pool and jacuzzi, we're drained due to renovations. Not their fault, just an fyi. It is just that I love my hot tub and our granddaughter loves a pool. We actually had a room booked with a jacuzzi tub. We opted, however, for a last minute switch to have our room right next to our daughter and granddaughter. So, there is an option for a Jacuzzi tub in your room.
The coup de gras, however, was the hotel manager, Paula B. She was over and beyond exceptional. Her energy was amazing and made our stay that much more memorable.
It is obvious that she loves her job and I hope that Hilton honors and rewards her for her service.

The hotel is currently under construction, and we encountered a few issues during our stay. There was a lot of dust, and one of our room keys didn’t work. Since the hotel was fully booked, we had to make use of pull-out beds in our other two rooms to accommodate everyone. Additionally, the shower in one room didn’t have hot water, so we had to use another room for that. Despite these challenges, the staff was very helpful. However, it’s clear they are understaffed, as there was only one person at the front desk, who was overwhelmed with check-ins and guest requests. Once the renovations are complete, the hotel will undoubtedly look beautiful, but they definitely need to hire more staff.

I rented a room with a tub there was no tub. I booked a hotel that was supposed to be high end and online it was beautiful. When I arrived the lobby door was blocked with chainlink fencing. . We had to find the entrance which was around to the side service entrance and was marked with an 8.5x11 price of paper to go this way. The lobby was not finished it was covered in paper and dusty from construction. The stairs were not accessible which is a fire and safety issue in case of an emergency. When I came in they had someone else's credit card on my reservation and told me that I didn't book my stay until last night when I had a confirmation from 6 days ago.

And when I tried to email customer service from their website it bounced back. I called the front desk and she said she would refund me my nights stay and I could leave but that was all she could do and that the manager would be in on Monday. This isn't customer service at all. It will be beautiful when the construction. Is done but right now it is a dusty mess.

We came for a Mini Girls Weekend getaway (there were four of us); we were told about the construction upon booking but they did undersell the amount of construction…the ENTIRE hotel is under construction. There was no noise with the construction at all mainly because we were out during the day. However, the pool and hot tub were unavailable, there was no in-hotel dining, the elevators are wrapped in thick cardboard, you have to enter through a service entrance and there is a makeshift concierge desk and there is only one floor completed that guests can stay in, the water is sporadic and spouts at first when using the sinks and shower but after 30-40 seconds it gets full pressure. Also, we had issues with the key cards due to the old system and the doors being removed. ||I have no doubt this hotel will be absolutely beautiful once completed but we probably should have waited to stay here until then. If booking here, I recommend you ask about the status of the construction and what amenities are available.

So how do I start… well I booked this trip on capital one through there booking app. I requested a 350$ dollar deluxe room with a fireplace and whirlpool. Upon arrival I was told that my reservation was nonexistent. When contacting my booking agent they said sorry for the inconvenience. 2 hours I waited to finally be compensated and put in a room only after my booking agent waived all fees and costs to this trip. Not once did the staff at Bella sera try to help. In fact they were okay with me contact but my booking agent to figure out what happened luckily we arrived early to our hotel to figure out what happened and get situation fixed. The staff here will not help you. Capital one will not accommodate you even if you booked through them. This town leaves my highly suspicious. I find it hard to believe the whole hotel was sold out. Especially after going back and forth and still not finding a room. This place is shady please steer clear maybe go to allegretto or another family friendly hotel. This place is not it. They blamed their troubles on the renovations happening at the time like that even would even be affected by the internet. They are not competent. The staff is delusional. I am pretty sure this place hires people with low iq on purpose. Please for the sake of god stay away from this place !

Be very careful. Booking page shows no renovations, website says only the restaurant is in renovation, but it is a complete health hazard. There are tarps everywhere, you walk in thru the fire exit, dust fills your nose the moment you walk in, they refuse to refund the reservation and cancel it.

This place should not be open and I will be pursuing legal action.

Edit after reply:
That isn't a simple renovation, it's a full on construction zone and health hazard, I am still waiting for the refund on booking which was promised via email to me, and by phone from Rick, which still wasnt accepted on booking.com.

If you feel what you are saying is in good faith, update the pictures on booking and Expedia for future customers, and enable full refunds before check in, at this point you are running a scam. I had to checkin at a diggerent hotel, since my asthma would have probably killed me if I stayed in that lobby for another 15 minutes. You literally have heavy machinery just sitting there, absurd lack of respect for customer health, safety, and expectations.

The bad faith is so blatant, there are pictures from reviews on Google from four months ago, where the hotel is in the same state.

I have half a mind to report you to health and safety organs and the better business bureau.
