The food is pretty solid! I got a sausage sandwich. Looking forward to returning. For a newcomer the setup is a little confusing, we went with someone that had been there before and without her the process would’ve taken us longer. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My favorite thing about the restaurant is the atmosphere. The lighting and ambience is fantastic. Not too bright or loud, it makes for a comfortable experience.

WOW! OUTSTANDING! I was blown away by Bella Gusto's performance yesterday, when I stopped for lunch with my wife. We visited during the lunch hours, and we received out order 10-15 minutes after we ordered. The quality of food for the price was very reasonable as well. I cannot wait to return to try different items off their menu.

Loved the food! If you like what you order, you will love your meal/pizza! The staff is friendly and helpful, the drink selections are plentiful, from waters, to sparkling waters, to soda diet and not diet, and juices, multiple beers and brands, wine choices to your hearts content, red, white, rose..., mixed drinks, and, and, and!

The bottleneck in this business is their ordering process! People stand in line to order food and drink in a 20'-25' wide building, blocking food delivery to tables, or takeout order pick-ups. It must discourage people from staying when they arrive. They arrive, see the line from the entry door, and say,, "their too busy tonight, let's go to...

The owner of Bella Gusto needs to contact "Toast" the restaurant software company! They have qr code activated software that allows customers to order food and drink, and pay the entire bill, add a gratuity, and many other things!
It will free up staff to do other things, like interacting with customers at tables, to offer more drinks, or food, or desserts. They have amazing cheesecake and other options. We were very happy with the cheesecake 🧀, ours were outstanding!
Finally, I found ordering and paying a slow, tedious, and painful process!

Do you ever want to rave about a restaurant but then you also don't because you secretly want to always be able to find a seat at the bar on a busy night? Well, that place is Bella Gusto Italian Restaurant, Market & Deli. Oconomowoc Wi!! I am terrible at remembering names (hopefully I'm correct). Emily, Sam and the rest of the crew are the best! They get SO busy on Friday nights (when we often visit) and they are ALWAYS so friendly and attentive! The menu is consistently DELICIOUS whether you are hungry for pizza, pasta or a sandwich! At the risk of difficulty finding seats at the bar, we highly recommend that if you haven't been there, you plan on it soon!

This place has the best Italian beef. Forget the lines or the fast-food chains—this gem is right in our backyard. If you visiting a must try for a quick lunch and a glass of wine. Stay awhile if seating is available. You won't regret it.

This place has gone down hill since it was sold. Called for a carry out order and after the initial pick up by a pre-recorded message, the phone continued to ring for 3 additional minutes with the pre-recorded message popping up every 45 seconds or so. Got a couple of sandwiches, a Caesar Salad (easy onions) and mozzarella sticks. When I went to pick it up, it seemed like there was only one person working, with another guy wandering around bussing and casually chatting with the few people inside. After waiting like 5/6 minutes (I get it only one person working the till) the person asked the guys standing behind me if she could help them and even they were like “he was here first and waiting before us”. When I got back to work to eat, I discovered the salad had A LOT of onions and the mozz sticks were half burnt and yet half raw still. The sandwiches were ok, but the au jus had very little flavor to it and seemed watered down.

Stopped in for wine and stayed for a pretzel, more wine and a pizza. Fabulous.
It was crowded that day, but everyone was enjoying the space. We will be back for another taste of the menu, but we may end up getting another delicious pizza

Service was ok, friendly, but probably busy and end of the day tired. Food took a while but was freshly made.
I liked the Pinsa crust a lot and the toppings were plenty. Overall it was too salty! Almost too oily but ok. I would come back to try different items. Prices are fair.
The menu has plenty of options and drinks. Atmosphere is cozy.
