Where to start… we went on a wine tour down to Mexico and Debbie with bear creek travel was our agent. Debbie is the absolute worst! Every one of 35 guest agreed. Poor communication, lack of interest interacting or helping us on the trip, and soooo many mistakes. Thankfully a travel planner from another agency was also with us & even though it wasn’t his job, he kept trying to fix her errors & do things for us to make the trip much better. She has zero accountability. As another guest stated to us “it seems we’re just on HER vacation”. None of the 35 guest will ever book a trip again if it includes Debbie. The other travel planner gained a lot of future business from us though.

Bear Creek Travel is the best! Very well run and caring. I needed to visit Brazil for a wedding on short notice, and all the arrangements were first rate. Very pleased.

Bear creek travel has always been great in any booking I need, even for out of the loop hotel's in cancun and Cabo mexico. Will be using them again soon .
