I would put zero stars if I could, but I can’t. The floors were so dirty that it was even sticky. The smell of the room was like chlorine which was also the taste of the water. The towels we were given had a hole in it, seems like they were lighting a candle through the towel. When we tried to go to the laundry, we were told it was broken, how is that even possible? Also, “Free Wifi,” well more like Wifi that I can’t even use—the speed was less than half a megabit per second.

Positive: While it is inexpensive, there are others just down the road for a few $$ more that were probably better. Got sick and had to extend stay, cost $20 to stay in my room from 11am-3pm. Very Very Very strict. Negative: Considering the condition, one would assume they were happy for the business. Not so. They are absolutely no-nonsense, no helping resolve issues, just "you signed the rules, not our fault if you didn't read closer". Worst customer service ever.

I stayed here based on price, I did not do my research and I did not pay attention to other people's reviews which I wish I would have this place was absolutely disgusting. I spent an hour sanitizing and cleaning the room prior to feeling comfortable going to bed. I spent another hour cleaning the shower and bathroom before I felt comfortable taking a shower. Not sure what's wrong with their water or water pressure but the water coming out of the shower was not strong whereas the water coming out of the sink was much more powerful. The water made my hair very disgusting and my skin very itchy so be careful if you stay at this location. I did mention to the front desk that I was worried about the people in the room next to me and the response I got the first morning when I called was why didn't you call the night before my response was because there's no phone in this room well you have to call from your your personal phone and I said sir it 2:00 in the morning I'm not looking for my phone and looking for your phone. So as he requested I called back when it started up again at 10:00 that morning and when I started up again at 2:00 in the morning and the following night when it started up again at 10:00pm. I did hear that the desk man come at 2:00 Saturday and 10:00p Sunday to talk with them. When I checked out it 9:00a Monday I was told that there was a young child in the room left by themselves and that the father was in the lobby when I called Sun at 10p and the mother was across the street. I'm not quite sure why you're leaving a child alone in a hotel room but that's where the story I received. The desk person said we could have moved you to a different room but you said no. I said no because I had already spent time cleaning the room and wasn't going through that again.

As you can see from my photos they are not taking care of this property. The cleanliness is definitely not up to my standards. I will never be staying at this location again hopefully I can stop someone else from experiencing what I did this weekend. I had to open the toilet to flush it since there wasn't enough water in there to flush. I also killed two spiders while I was there. The wifi never worked either.

Similarly to others, we booked based on price and didn’t read many of the reviews. This place is disgusting and musty. It felt like we woke up in the rainforest because it was so damp. The window was soaked in condensation. It was mould all along the top of the wall and around the mirror. Inhabitable. We complained in the morning and were told we should have complained the night before. We travelled for 18 hrs, dropped our bags, went to dinner and went to sleep. We woke half way through the night feeling like the bed was damp. The smell didn’t disparate and the base of the front door was solid black which we only noticed upon waking up

CONTACT Better Business Bureau! LESS THEN 1 ⭐️! Room smelled musky. The smell was definitely from the AC which apon inspection can assume hasn't seen a clean filter in months maybe years. The walls themselves were covered in dirt and stains and overall looked dingy and grey. That's not the worse thing though. The smell of straight SEWAGE was coming from my sink. It was a struggle to shower and not yak from the smell. Also they ONLY take cash as a deposit! And be sure to ask for it when you check out because they WILL try to bamboozle you and keep it if you don't ask for it back. Which when I did I received a disappointed sigh from the gentleman in the lobby. As though they know what they are doing. SYAY AWAY. Contact The Better Business Bureau!!

I would never recommend this hotel. The room was dirty...rust in the sink, the shower had soap scum, the toilet bowl had blood on the sides, the floor was filthy, used toothpick, open metal diaper pin, the towels were rolled up and put in a round cubby that was filthy inside, 2 paper thin towels, the kind they give you in jails or hospitals. No towel for the shower floor. And they charge a $10.20 bed fee. A bed fee, something a hotel is supposed to have in it.

Please! Please! Please! Save your time and 💰 money it is not worth staying here.
I Don't think this really is a 2 star hotel.
Not worth the $100 reservation fees for "Damage" when the place is dirty, has burned beds, the Ac system smells like drainage, the walls are gross from paint, scratches and human fluids it's just nasty 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤢🤢 with out to mention that house
keeping does the minimal to clean, we found roaches and pills 💊 in our beds.
Towels are not even sanitized. And not to mention the rudeness of attitude the clerk had during the day this was on January 27,2025.
Save your $$ go elsewhere.

Positive: Well lit, surveillance, working elevator, housekeeping did not disturb my sleep, many cable channels, free wifi, very hot water that lasts & friendly tenants minding their own business. Negative: Limited spots available at night (some spots being used for storage & double parked cars). Unsure but there might've been spots of black mold in the bathroom. Body odor stench wafting from the pillows (not the cases). Can hear everything through the walls
