Adorable little spot to grab some chowder or fish and chips. Very clean (recently remodeled.) Family friendly. Right outside the entrance to Long Beach. The service was good. The food tasted great. Indoor seating restroom available. I would have given 5 stars, but the coffee tasted bad- and was lukewarm, and the portions were small. $30 for a bowl of chowder, 2 pieces of cod, a Pepsi and a coffee.

We hired B&D’s Food Hut to cater a taco night buffet. Our guests raved about the delicious and fresh tasting choices; including black beans, chicken, beef for the tacos. Homemade tortillas that were amazing! Their guacamole was delicious. They had ever type of side dishes, including pico, 2 rice dishes, corn salsa and toppings galore. Very organized and set up the trays with the burners so everything stayed warm during the buffet. Dawn is very experienced in catering and really made our event a hit!

Honestly absolutely wonderful. I've loved B&D's since they were selling gyros at the Ilwaco Saturday market. Their food truck was also phenomenal, and now their restaurant is top notch. The atmosphere is lovely, the food is great and is made quickly, and the staff is kind, too! Well worth a visit! My only complaint is I wish they were open later so I could go more often, but I understand that things slow down pretty early in this small town. Thanks guys!

Worth it!
I got a clasic smash, and it was top notch! Treat yourself and get some bacon on it, it's rich, smokey and cooked to perfection! Easily the best bacon I've ever eaten.
I also got the parm fries, they are perfectly golden, flavored and fluffy mashed tatter inside. Very good.
I didn't try the garlic cheese curd, but next time... I'm really looking forward to trying them.
Highly recommended! I'll be sending people this way!

We recently visited this gem of a place and had an absolutely delightful experience. The food was so exceptional that we were too immersed to take pictures! The atmosphere provided a warm and cozy respite from the weather, with a seating area that made us feel right at home.

The clam chowder was a standout—so amazing that we dare say it's even better than our own. We also savored the gyro salad, which was a perfect blend of flavors and textures.

All in all, this spot offers a fantastic dining experience, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere.

My husband and I swung in on a Monday about 1pm.. we were lucky to get ribs before they sold out. They were tasty and fell off the bone, I had cod and was satisfied also! The owners came out and chatted making sure everything was good, we will definitely be back

The Big Kahuna was delicious! The clam chowder was great too. 😊 Super cute little place to grab a quick bite and drink. Just steps from the beach entrance. Definitely coming back next time we're in Long Beach.
