I showed up to Sitka thinking I’d just take an Uber to my Airbnb only to find out that Uber doesn’t exist here… but not to worry, I was rescued by this company and she was at the airport immediately once I called and they know all the roads in Sitka by heart. They were extremely kind and patient as well with some French customers when there was a language barrier. This type of kindness doesn’t happen very often anymore in America and I’m sure anyone who uses this company will experience the same. Highly recommend!!!

This lady saved my day. I missed the crap bus that took us to town. The city was in a phone crisis from a cut fiber optic cable. They were the only ones that answered the phone. She was there in a flash to the center is building. She got me to the ferry terminal and helped me work with them to wait. I don't think I could have spent touch time in this city. I almost needed a flight and lost my luggage and the bulk of my belongings on that ship. Thank you so much for being my hero in Alaska. I messed up. You saved the day and my trip!

I had missed my shuttle back to the Sitka ferry terminal on July 1/24 and was beside myself with worry as the ferry was about to leave. I flagged down a Bayside Tours shuttle and the nicest driver went out of her way to help me get back to the terminal. She even called ahead to let them know our ETA. She went beyond the call of duty and so pleasant and professional. I made my ferry on time. Just. Thank you so so much. The service was impeccable.

Used this company to take my family and I to Herring Cove. No cell service there so we took a big chance that they would return as promised 2.5 hrs late for pickup. They did and are 100% trust worthy. Highly recommend.
