We have been staying here for 2 weeks while waiting for our apartment to be ready. The owners are very kind and friendly. Amanda works nights and she always speaks and has a smile on her face. They don't act annoyed when I lock myself out of my room or have to reset my room key because I get it too close to my phone. We have waffles in the morning and those mornings that I have to leave before they start breakfast, they will go into the kitchen area and bring me and my son apples. I highly recommend. Very kind, very professional, and they go above and beyond. I highly recommend.

We stayed there June 18, 2025 on our way through Texarkana. Booked 2 rooms for my family and in-laws. The hotel was generally dirty and smelled bad. The exterior and the entrance to the hotel was cluttered with stuff and it was not appealing at all. We checked in and they assigned us a room that was being renovated. Had to go back and get another room. Rooms were dank and just didn't feel clean and fresh. Not a pleasant stay and I would not recommend. Hopefully the owners will clean up and make the hotel more appealing. And Wyndham should make a visit and see if the hotel is up to their standards.

I don't normally share any experiences I have, or do rate any establishment good or bad but this place deserves my gratitude. Never have I felt like home in any hotel until recently. The staff here were very personable, helpful, respectful, just very genuine, down to earth folks who enjoy what they do and my small family and I want to thank them for our two week stay. They earned my business from here on out. Exceptional.

We stayed last week at Baymont. Highly recommended. Great spot to stay while traveling, easily accessible for everything.

Front desk staff needs to be friendly somehow I felt. One lady with spects , she was aggressive. There was a guy kumar, he was so kind and gentle.
No hot water on that day in my room. No protein in breakfast . Just 1 egg I saw.

Overall, I had a good night rest. Bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi barely had a signal.

When you first walk into the lobby it looks inviting and somewhat updated. The night and morning staff at front desk were pleasant.

Although, I didn’t get a chance to grab breakfast, it does look like they offer a large dining room, to accommodate guests.

When I was checking out early morning, it wasn’t breakfast yet, but I asked, “Do you have any morning coffee I could get To-Go?” “Yes, I can get a batch started in few minutes,” she replied.

The room was average nothing really special. It looked outdated. My shower didn’t have any hot water. Carpet looked older too.

It’s not a bad hotel to stay if you’re passing through but just know, rooms are visibly outdated.

We needed a room for 1 night and this was a great find. The price was very affordable and the lodging was very nice. Clean room! Comfy bed! Night clerk was extra kind and helpful. Breakfast was available but very simple. For the cost of the room it was comparable. There are restaurants within walking distance. We have put this place as our Texarkana stop for overnights!

Great location. Very near town. Rooms were clean and didn't smell bad at all. Crisp sheets and pillows were decent. Bathrooms were very clean. And I didn't have there breakfast but it smelled good. I'd definitely stay here again.

This was a mixed review for me as I thought it was a great price and it’s been a long time since I last booked at any Baymont locations. The issue I had driving up was the uncertainty of how to enter the lot, followed by a HUGE hole there that’s not visible at night. I didn’t see it until I was leaving. The next thing was the furniture covering! If you have to cover your furniture it’s time to throw it out! There’s no reason to have covered furniture at a public place. The next thing was the smell of faint urine. It was loud but not loud. The room was clean and it had brand new washcloths and towels. The bed was comfortable and firm. The fitted sheet didn’t fit well though. The shower didn’t get hot like sink water did so that was disappointing. The tv channels were showing different programs on other networks (VHI was showing on Stars) so not sure how that was happening. The room vent was clean too. The water pressure was ok as well. The breakfast could’ve been ok, but I didn’t get up to take the ticket I was given just to see. Don’t know why you have to do that either, but if you don’t have it then you most likely will have to walk to Denny’s next door. The elevator smelled nice as it was freshly mopped. The other thing I can say is make sure your information matches your cats because they’ll take money for the room but the deposit will fail and then you will not get a refund for 3-5 days. Not sure how that’s possible to take money for a room but you can’t get the deposit in the same manner. I think this place needs a serious round of upgrades when it comes to the furniture and carpets. There’s smell is not cute or sanitary. Sleep with masks on and bring Lysol spray and keep the AC on 65 so the bugs ( if any) won’t come out.
