All rooms are river facing and have outdoor decks. The rooms were clean. The pool was closed this time of the year, but we were able to enjoy the hot tub. Hotel staff were friendly. There is a lovely river walk which takes you to nearby parks. There are 2 restaurants on either sides (walkable). The parking lot is huge. The place felt safe. It is a great budget hotel, nothing fancy, basic hot breakfast, good coffee. I am happy with what I got for at this price.

Nicole, was very friendly an pleasant and the breakfast was better than any chain out there. Pillows and bed very comfortable check in and out a breeze||entire building very clean, I give congratulation too Nicole, for a job well done for her shift. felt very comfortable with parking. all staff members are incredibly pleasant and very proficient in their duties

Room was comfortable. Nice bed. Normal room. Love plank floor, so much cleaner!
Breakfast was sad. Microwave eggs & meat. Just not what I expected from a Baymont motel. Won’t stay again.

Great views of the lovely river, super close to an amazing restaurant and a very quiet and pleasant stay. The last night of our 4-day stay was rough due to inconsiderate neighbors which moved in above. No carpet plus rolling chairs resulted in a very uncomfortable sleep.

Everything was great...staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, and beds were super comfy..pillows are comfortable. they provide make up wipes and use Dove hair products (amazing compared to others). Breakfast was great...fresh fruit, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles.... And more. Alot of variety for everyone. No nonsense outside. Highly recommend if you gotta stay in Yakima.

I love this hotel! You can literally see and hear the river from the patio. Soaking in the hot tub under the stars next to the river was divine. Everything worked in the room. It was clean. Shower was really nice. Soap smells good. Staff friendly and helpful. I loved my stay here!

Love the river setting, we have stayed here other times. Nice rms, beds were great, lots of TV channels. Breakfast gd happy they had two waffle makers, no waiting. Everything was ready because of online check in. Close to eating places and grocery stores.
