Efficient, friendly service! Staff goes above and beyond. Rooms are well maintained and beautifully decorated, great shower pressure and super comfy beds. Loved the complimentary breakfasts. Well managed by Yasir and Auna—I had a problem with my transportation and Yasir offered to drive me to the Greyhound station so I could get my connection home. 150% service oriented and excellent hospitality.

Really nice rooms and honestly haven't been relaxed in awhile until my stay there. Location is downtown Spokane, which is a bit shady but oh well the rooms made up for it and so did an employee Desiree. She was more than polite and helpful. And when I had a question or concern she definitely helped more than most would have .

I just want to say your might staff Desirea has just made my stay a joy. I work nought usually so while the rest of the family was sleeping i was just pacing around. She politely stopped me asked if I needed anything, I figured since I've never stayed in Spokane maybe she could help me plan a day for the kids as well as my self. She made it known to me that if a customer comes through she would have to stop and help them and then continue to help me. And that's exactly what she did she helps me plan a great day for my kids as well as myself she told me about a lot of places I would have never known about if it wasn't for her so I just want to give her the five star review and for being such a good worker at your hotel

Retro style hotel experience. Check in was very quick, I was even offered cookies the front desk Debbie who had brought them in for some high school kids that were guests she was super proud of how well behaved and polite the kids had been during there stay it was very kind of her to support the kids and reward them I could tell she was happy to have them guests. GOOD JOB TO BOTH THE FRONT DESK AND THE KIDS! Every staff member I encountered during my stay were very attentive to my needs and made me feel welcome.
My room was very clean and comfortable with a great view from my balcony. The hotel even has underground parking for FREE that is an absolute bouns for a downtown Spokane hotel.

I would stay again anytime!

Stay was nice! Rooms are a clean, the Continental breakfast was amazing great choices Debbie at the front desk was awesome!! She answered all our crazy questions despite others being a bit rude she kept a smile on her face!! Thank you we will be back again

Debbie, who commands the front desk with warmth and grace, is nothing short of amazing! She helped me with whatever I needed. She also helped me with things. I didn’t know that I needed and so far as adjusting my room to accommodate my needs. Whenever you stay here, make sure Debbie is at the front desk.

This was a great place to stay for an excellent price! It’s a cool retro building, once a Trade Winds hotel, and it’s had decent upgrades so there’s plenty of charging stations in the rooms, easy to use appliances, a balcony, and sweet views in a central downtown location. The front desk manager was kind and friendly and I felt super welcomed and cared for. The room was very clean. It took me 7 minutes to get to the airport and this is a great location for enjoying any downtown events. I’ll be staying here again for sure. I didn’t need a shuttle to the airport and wasn’t asked if I needed one, but it does come up in Priceline that this is one of the amenities - I would double check that if you need it because I’m not sure that’s actually offered.
