Long read but worth it! Stayed here after a solid day of traveling. Checked in around 2 a.m. As my husband was checking in I almost stopped him but it was too late. So many bad reviews! She was upfront with him and told him that they were under construction. The place looked like a dump.Old dirty carpet, dingy floors, rickety elevator. But when it opened to the 3rd floor it was like a brand new hotel! Brand new everything! Room is very modern, super comfy beds, soft pillows, awesome shower (no tub but I don't care), and great water pressure! They offer a nice breakfast and the staff is very friendly too. This place is a hidden gem right now! I would hate for them to go out of business during remodeling because of some bad reviews and "people like me" who apparently judge a book by its cover! Great lesson for the day!

The Room was beautiful, comfortable beds, and stupendous shower and bathroom. They just remodeled and it smells like new fresh wood with new paint. However they only have one person working at the reception desk plus helping with breakfast so we had to be patient for her to restock things but that's not her fault. They just need more staff.

Overall it was a pretty comfortable stay! We got in late and were thankful for a quick and easy check-in process.

The downsides were that the room wasn’t very clean, it didn’t look like the toilet had been cleaned, and there were deviled eggs left in the fridge. The bed was pretty comfortable but knowing the rest of the room hadn’t been cleaned well made me nervous to sleep in it.

We stayed there last night in a King room. The toilet was clogged! We weren’t even offered a different room. The man that came to unclog it was the best part of our stay. He was very nice!! The comforter was so stained and dirty I was afraid to touch it. The tan fuzzy blanket on the bed had very visible white spots (not bleach spatters)on it!! GROSS! The light switches in the bathroom were sticky and black. The room was very dusty.
I was up most of the night for fear that something may crawl on me!
VERY dissatisfied!

Owner is a liar and is the most disrespectful person I have ever talked to!
Caution: breakfast voucher turns out to be one egg one piece of bacon and one slice of toast.
Hotel room was somewhat acceptable. Room had not been cleaned…bottle caps on floor and dirt all over lighting. Shower door clearly not installed correctly as half of water ended up on the floor. Bathroom door does not stay shut or lock. Walls paper thin - hope for quiet neighbors! Obviously new renovation issues.

I do not recommend staying here! I can overlook renovation issues but not cleanliness and respect. The sheets on my bed were dirty. No one answered at the front desk so I could report the problem. I tried several times. I found someone in their laundry area. He apologized and gave me a new set of sheets. I had to remove the disgusting sheets (I don’t want to guess what was on them) and make my bed. The blanket was full of burn holes from cigarettes and the mattress pad cover had pee and blood stains on it. The next morning, I reported the problem to the sweet girl at the front desk. She spoke to the owner… I’m guessing. He then said he would have refunded me the money last night had I reported it. I explained that I did report it to a man in the laundry room, and wasn’t seeking a full refund but a discount for my experience. He yelled over his shoulder as he walked away, “give her $10.” The desk clerk apologized. Never again will I stay at any Baymont motels. I should have left that night but the hour was extremely late. Oh, the cost was supposed to be $74 and I was charged $83.95 before taxes.

I was very pleased with the Staff. They were Friendly, My room for the most part was nice, However it was very dusty. The dust on the headboards and pictures was very thick. Suggesting they had not been tended to in a long time. My trashcan was half full when I entered my room. And the bathroom floor was dirty and had hair behind the door.. I found a comb on the floor in the bedroom and and loose potato chips near the bed skirt..

I travel a lot and have stayed in hundreds of hotels.

Stayed here over night on a Thursday and was pleasantly surprised how nice & clean the place is.

Room was large, CLEAN, no stench, fridge, microwave, pull out sofa sleeper, nice desk & chair, water was hot with good pressure, nice TV, lots of channels and Ron at the front desk was friendly & fast.

I'd definitely stay here again.
