There has been two occasions where I had accidentally forgot to transfer money between my accounts and when it was time for bills to be paid I didn’t have the money in my account and was charged over draft fees, but after calling the bank and explaining my situation they waived my fees as a courtesy on separate occasions. They always answer the phone within minutes of calling and everyone is always really nice. Id give 50 stars if I could.

They never answer their phone. You use to be able to get someone on the line when you called, it was that personal touch. Now they are no better then all other big banks.

This is the worst Credit Union ever!! Terrible customer service and they literally can’t get anything right! I’m in the process of moving my accounts now!! If you’re considering banking with them please reconsider. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I have been a customer with them for quite a few years. The people are friendly. You can actually talk to them if you have a problem. You don't wait forever in line. Their building is always clean and welcoming. I have had business with other banks in New Martinsville, Mounsdville, and other Ohio Valley areas. The branch of the Bayer Heritage in New Martinsville is the best by far. I highly recommend them.
