What a great place! My son and I stayed there during a bike adventure on the C&O canal towpath and to the Abandoned Pennsylvania Turnpike near Breezewood. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. It is clear that a lot of investments have been made to modernize the bathrooms, and update some lighting and windows. As other have noted, the self-serve breakfast was excellent. There is so much variety to choose from, it is impossible to imagine anyone going away hungry or unhappy. If this is your first experience with remote hosting and using door lock codes provided by the host, it may seem weird if you are expecting a proprietor waiting behind a desk by the front door. It was odd our first time, but now has become routine. Best of all, Jesse was unfailingly attentive, responsive and tremendous welcoming host. The location convenience to the C&O trail could not be better, and the bike storage garage made things very easy and secure if you bring your bike.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at Bay Farms B&B. The room was very clean, very comfortable, and had a wonderful view of the town. We loved it! At first I was a bit skeptical about the self-serve breakfast, but Jessie had more food and more variety than any other place we stayed during out C&O Canal ride. It was perfect. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we bike the C&O.

The Bay Farms B&B cottage was a highlight of our GAP and C&O trip accommodations. Jessie is a fantastic communicator and very helpful with dinner suggestions. The breakfast food was plentiful for cyclists and met our group's varied dietary needs including vegetarian, gluten free, and nondairy. Easy access from the trail! Hose to spray off dirty bikes and a secure place to store them. The house is beautiful, the beds were very comfortable, the area is quiet, and the shower hot water lasted through all 5 of us!

We booked this room in Williamsport as part of our GAP/C&O bike trip. We met Jessie and she gave us a nice welcome and orientation. The facility is spotless and the beds were perfect. The bathroom was very nice with a great shower. We were able to get a load of wash done while there. Breakfast is “serve yourself” and there were plenty of choices to fill up for the ride ahead. Highly recommend this B&B!

Absolutely perfect place for C&O cyclist to stay! A real home away from home. Easy to find. Great location. Fantastic communication by owner. Well stock with food for breakfast. So clean my mom would be impressed. And a secure garage to store our bikes.... Amazing!!!

We were riding the C&O Tow Pat on our bicycles in late September 2024, and one of our overnight stops was in Williamsport, at Bay Farms B&B. The person managing the reservations gave us excellently detailed instructions to self-serve our check in. There's a garage to store bicycles in. We stayed in the downstairs room and had the place to ourselves. The kitchen was very well-stocked with healthy food. There was a washer-dryer available to use in the basement. The beds were large and comfortable. The area is very quiet. The little details that a cyclist might need, like a shoe-dryer by the door were a nice touch. Top Marks!

Bay Farms was our first stop of a 4 day biking trip. The bedroom was very comfortable! Enjoyed talking to other bikers. Easy walking to restaurants. |I felt my bikes were secure in the garage overnight. We appreciated the water hose to wash off the mud from our bikes.

Lovely cottage right off the trail. Nice garage storage for bikes and all the extras and details you would not expect in the cottage. Plenty of healthy choices for breakfast. We had the downstairs room and we're very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.
