Amy knows who we are when we call and usually knows our order by memory.
It's usually crazy busy yet worth every bite. Don't be surprised if they can't take your orders to take out, it means they're MAXED out
It's a great place for meetings, bridal showers, and teachers to gather. It serves multiple functions!

Food was delicious especially the Philly steak and cheese. The brisket was good but the Philly was my favorite. I will definitely get the carrot cake muffin again; moist, tasty and the cream in the middle was so good.

I absolutely love Basketcase. It's been mine and my daughter's go to lunch spot for so long. Corn chowder is a must! And that brisket sandwich with fries and house ranch is SUPERB! I truly haven't had anything on the menu that I haven't liked.

I have always loved to eat at Basketcase. My granddaughter and I went today. We went in got a menu and silverware and picked our table just as the sign indicated. A waitress came to our table after about 5 minutes. She told us that they wouldn’t be able to serve us because someone called to make reservations for a large group in about 15 minutes. She said they already had too many orders to fill in the kitchen. I said “so you’re asking us to leave?” She said yes ma’am thats what they’ve told me. She apologized and I wasn’t upset with her. She didn’t make the decision. This is the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. This is not how you do business. I will not be back!!

Chicken salad, fruit & blueberry muffin.
It was all good, I’m picky about my chicken salad so it was good, fruit was very fresh & muffin was delicious. Plenty of seating & great atmosphere

Amazing is the only way I can describe my experience with Basketcase Cafe. My sister suggested we eat lunch at this location. We was greeted several times and ask did we need help but was already taken care of. I ordered chicken salad sandwich with soup and Chef salad.....Amazing
