It pains me to give one of the best pizza joints in the valley a 3 star review. The Hawaiian pizza has been a mainstay in our family for over 30 years. Always the perfect blend of bread, sauce and toppings. The pie always had the 1" extra fluffy edge of bread that was great, but now it's pushing 3 inches of cost cutting dough.
I get food costs are a huge issue but eliminating the sauce on the wings just pushes you away from ordering again, especially with the $5 upcharge.

You can't make up profit lost by inflation when losing revenue from your regulars. The value is no longer part of the equation so please go back to making a great pizza that isn't mainly bread.

Cut some costs with your boxes and packaging and give back the cheese and toppings ratio.

This place is AAAAMAZING!!!! The food was perfect (best pizza we’ve had in ages) and the wings and ranch are the best!!!!

We called in an order and Riley was not only cheerful, she got all the details right!! That girl deserves a raise.

Restaurant is CLEAN.

We’ll definitely be back.

Ordered a pizza at 9:30 am. Was supposed to be delivered by 11:00. I had to call the store to ask where it was at 11:10, in which the blonde with the attitude said it was JUST coming out the oven. I get things happen, BUT UPDATE SOMEONE and don’t be rude about the situation. They need better staff!!! Also, once I got home, it looked like the damn pizza was underneath the heat lamp or in an oven for a hour as it didn’t seem fresh. This place, its staff, and lack of communication needs to do better.

The pizza was good per Barro's standards, however they give me opposite of what I ordered for pick up. I ordered a thin crust on the pepperoni and received thick crust. I ordered original on the white pizza and received thin.

We enjoy Barros Pizza, and they do a good job all this considered. We frequent different locations across the valley and this one's pizza we find less enjoyable then locations over in the West Side of the Valley. Perhaps the pizza is being made too far in advance to when we schedule a pick up.

I went in store today and noticed an employee (Sylvia) that was very rude towards other employees and giving dirty looks. Seeing this from a customer standpoint makes me wonder if the managers even care about a healthy workplace. You never want to go into a food establishment and notice that the employees look miserable.
