Wonderful hotel and spa. From the front manager Ray and Christian at the front to the everything in between man Joseph, you couldn’t find a nicer team. The rooms and property is stunning. We had a minor issue and Ray is the manager who stepped up and made our stay even more incredible than it already had started out as.
They offer 50 minute massages and other spa services that are fantastic. If in range they will offer you a ride or borrow the Lexus.
You will see two rooms posted and both are suites yet one was larger. Patio, outdoor/indoor shower, steam room, fireplace, comfortable beds where they offer extra pillows and a fridge. Endless water and breakfast in the morning has the basics but you may order off a menu. Nice outdoor patio area and heated pool (80 degrees). I can’t say enough about our amazing stay

3 nights at this hotel was the perfect long weekend away! The team employed here was more than accommodating- and the rooms were immaculate. You can tell everyone truly cares about the guests, and they want to ensure the stay is extremely smooth. ||They offer car service, but you will need to stay within Yountville proper. You call, they are there within 5 mins to pick you up.

Bardessono was the best hotel experience me and my husband have had in Yountville….or ever. The staff knows you by name, are extremely kind, and take care of your every need. The concierge-Matt-helped us make reservations at local wineries and restaurants which was extremely helpful. Everyone at the front desk was excellent. Hope to stay again soon!

Our stay at Bardessono Hotel in Yountville was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in luxury and warmth, and the exceptional service truly set this experience apart.

A heartfelt thank you to Sara and Matt at the concierge desk, who went above and beyond to ensure our visit was flawless. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcomed. What stood out the most was their remarkable accommodation for our two service dogs. Traveling with service animals can sometimes be challenging, but Sara and Matt made everything effortless. They thoughtfully provided comfortable amenities for our dogs and made sure we had everything we needed for a seamless stay.

The property itself is breathtaking—an exquisite blend of modern elegance and serene natural beauty. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and designed with luxurious comfort in mind. The private outdoor area was a perfect spot to relax, and our dogs loved the peaceful surroundings just as much as we did!

Dining at Lucy Restaurant was a culinary delight. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our experience was perfect from start to finish.

We are beyond grateful for the exceptional hospitality and care we received, especially from Sara and Matt. Their kindness and dedication made us feel truly at home, and their thoughtful accommodations for our service dogs meant the world to us.

Bardessono is a sanctuary of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. We can’t wait to return and relive the wonderful memories we made. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an extraordinary Napa Valley getaway—especially those traveling with service animals. Thank you once again to the entire team for an unforgettable experience!

Located right in the middle of Yountville, this hotel is perfectly situated for everything you could want to do. Wine tours, restaurants and shopping are a stones throw away.

The staff is amazing and the manager (Ray) is courteous, attentive and he genuinely wants the guests to have a perfect experience. The soa was great as was the restaurant on premises is wonderful. Did I rave about the zen like grounds at this hotel?

All in all, this is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world.

Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Yountville. Very peaceful place and walkable to many great restaurants as well as a nice onsite restaurant too. The rooms are comfortable and have lots of natural light. Large bathroom and wardrobe area. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Great spot would highly recommend!

Nice spa resort in the heart of Yountville within walking distance to Bouchon/Bakery, Ad Hoc and French Laundry. We were here to celebrate a special occasion and had a spa suite for the 3 of us. Good service - valet parking (with electric charging) and we were ushered and introduced to our room and the property by the front desk staff. The room had a king bed and an alcove with a queen bed. The bathtub has a champagne bubble option and the shower had a steam function. The outdoor seating and shower area is a plus, as is in pool and hot tub which were both pretty empty when we visited. On the downside, the Wi-Fi in the room is ridiculously slow (as in the speed of an individual device will slow down when another joins the network) and the room service food is terrible (I ordered the truffle fries, which has no truffle and tasted terrible). Hope they did not get that from the in-house restaurant Lucy else I’d be quite disappointed. The grounds are serene and well maintained. Pricey.

Other than a location, there's nothing good about this hotel. It is priced same as Four Seasons or Stanley Ranch, those are real 5 star hotels, this is a 2 star pretending. ||The gym lol, a joke, shed on the roof. ||Breakfast, check out the tasty moldy fruit cup that's at least 3-4 days old. ||Service - Showed the concierge person the fruit, his response - let me get you another cup... um... another 4 day old one? no thanks. ||Went in Dec, it's slow season, there's a total of 5-6 cars there, why you force the stupid valet parking. ||Checking in, checking out, no invoice, no mention of surcharge of hotel tax despite the hotel was prepaid. Just a charge on the card, didn't say anything until calling them after to find out what the charge is for. ||Hardware in room is pathetic. Shower has tiny flowing water. Toilet is leaking. Lights - all manual on / off, no shut all or open all. Patio is this tiny enclosed space with wooden planks blocking any and all view. If it was a 2 star for $300, sure, it's reasonable. When it's $1000+ rated as 5 stars, that's a joke.
