Unlike anything else!! Truly an experience. Feels like some kind of magic to arrive on a snowy evening, to be ushered in by a host who already knows your name and saw your post about coming, coats slung on a community coat rack. Seated at the counter to enjoy the fun banter of the bartender who knows how to make even the least adventurous palate feel comfortable. Any comment on the food could not do it justice. There is absolutely nothing like it. Sublime. Unmatched. Magic. We will be back as soon as we can secure another reservation!

Our second visit last night was just as fantastic as the first. The experience at this limited seating restaurant is awesome, everyone there WANTS to be there and the hosts are so personable and fun and love what they do. That comes across in their unique offerings and creates a welcoming environment. The menu is so appealing, it's hard to choose just a few items; I want to taste all of them!

We both enjoyed our crafted cocktails. The Focaccia bread is a must, it came with dipping oil last time, but now comes with a bowl of olives and peppers. They had great taste but the drawback was that the olives had the pits in them and were a little difficult to eat. Other than that, I couldn't suggest anything as it's perfection!

We shared 3 of the pastas and loved them all. The star was the Peposo Pappardelle, the braised beef was so flavorful and the wide noodles went so well with it. The Gnocchi with a Lemon Gorgonzola Pistachio sauce was so rich and flavorful, loved it. We also had the Cavatelli which had great texture and the tomato sauce was very savory, another winner.

We had the Panacotto Con Saba and Chocolate Torte for dessert, my fave is the torte with the fresh whipped cream and I tried the Panacotto and of course it's just as good!

So worth the hour drive from the Tri-Cities to come here and if it's a nice day you could spend it exploring around Walla Walla then head to Waitsburg. I'll be booking my next reservation so see you about 60 days. And I swear, next time I WILL order the Spanish Sardines Chickpea Salad. They tempt me each time, and I don't even eat sardines but they look so good!

Get a reservation, very unlikely you'd be seated as a walk in. Fantastic food and killer cocktails. Absolutely worth the short drive, don't skip a chance to eat here.

We sat at the bar and chatted our way through dinner. There were four of us, so we shared and worked our way through the day's menu.

Can't wait to come back and do it again!

Don't let the wait-list being a month out deter you. I had one of the best meals of my life at Bar Bacetto and plan to go again. The rotating menu can be pricey, but it's absolutely worth it. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Big shout out to Noah and Spencer for making the night special for my girlfriend and I!

I waited 30 days to eat here! It was so worth it, and I will do it again and again! If you're early, go grab a drink from 1 of the local bars within a minutes walk until it's your time. The service was phenomenal. Our server answered all our questions, made special requests, and never stopped smiling! She said she loves working here because no one complains. Yes, folks, it's that freaking good! Not 1 disappointment.. they good was legendary 🙌. Thank you for speaking my food language, I'll be back for sure!

Bar Bacetto knows how to intimately cater to its customers with its amazingly fresh Italian cuisine in Waitsburg, WA. The food, the personal service and ambience everyone provided did it for me. I had a pleasant time in such a cozy but yet lively restaurant. Started with After the Winter as my cocktail and it was beautifully made and presented. For antipasto, the Fresh Baked Focaccia was suggested as I already had eyes on the Spanish Sardines. These 2 blended so well and the portion was just right. Pappardelle alla Bolognese was served as my entree and this pasta was mouth watering and was so rich in flavor. Amaro da Palossa was served neat as an after-dinner digestif and this homemade Italian herbal liqueur was very aromatic, floral & savory. I went with Torte di Cioccolato for dessert as the chef has taken sweet moments to another level.

Really a treat. Very worth the drive from Walla Walla, but reservations are a must. Seats 18 or so. There is a side room/bar to hang and drink pre seating. Menu changes frequently and is on a chalkboard. Pastas are a specialty made from locally sourced grain. Desserts are amazing. Nice selection of wine by the glass, and bottle. This is the real deal!
