TL;DR: grab and go. Fast service. Generous proportions. Reasonably priced.

Parking: shared lot.

Atmosphere: small interior--very much a carry out place. There is limited bar seating next to the window in front of the registers and there are a couple benches to sit on while you wait for your order.

Menu: mounted on wall behind the register. There is also a photo menu of the sandwiches on the counter next to the register for the visually stimulated. Menu is not descriptive but you can infer what the item is based on the name. If you're a seasoned banh mi eater, you will know what the base ingredients of banh mi are and the title of the sandwich just tells you the protein difference.

Service: order and pay at the front, your name will be called once your order is ready. I ordered a few items from each category for 4 people during lunch on a Sunday and it all came out in less than 10 minutes.
Great service! I witnessed the cashier put someone on hold and help a few customers at the register only to find that the person on hold was no longer there--she then called the person right back and apologized for the wait. I also witnessed some small talk between staff and repeat customers as they came in to get orders.

The vast majority of banh mi contains the following as its base: bread, cilantro, jalapeño, cucumber, mayo, soy sauce, pickled carrot and radish slivers, and pate.

Banh Mi Land Signature: has Vietnamese ham and Char Siu BBQ pork slices. I did appreciate the proteins being on both sides.

Crispy Pork Belly Rice Bowl: pork was a little on the dry side but the flavor was all there. The skin was nice and crispy. Tasty dish and it comes with: rice, green onions, cucumber, cilantro, pickled radish and carrots, and fish sauce.

Grilled Pork Patties Spring Rolls: does not have vermicelli noodles, but does have mint, ice berg lettuce, pickled radish and carrots. Tasty even without the provided peanut sauce. The pork patties look and taste almost like spam.

My husband and I had our event catered by Banh Mi Land yesterday & the positive feedback we received from our guests was overwhelming!!! 🥹

Not only that, but the staff were so responsive each time I had to shift our food count / add different items to the order / etc.

Everything was also super well & thoughtfully packaged to ensure the food would remain at its optimum quality through our drive!

Super grateful to have found this business & thank you all for helping us feed our guests such delicious food!

One of the best banh mi in the Seattle area!! Their bread is pillowly light and perfectly crackly. Egg rolls taste homemade and are crispy fried to order, unlike other Vietnamese delis I've been to. Fillings are ver flavorful and not overly salty, though I wish they had the option of garlic mayo.

They also sell Vietnamese coffee, vermicelli or rice bowls, spring rolls, and weekend specials like Pho and Hainanese chicken rice. Plus, the woman at the counter is very sweet and is always smiling 😃. I normally get takeout, but there is a small counter table for eating in (maybe 6 people max). Definitely my go-to banh mi in the Lynnwood area!

This place lives up to the reviews - great service, quality banh mi sandwiches, and delicious Vietnamese iced coffee. Staff were extremely efficient and they won’t make your coffee until you arrive (assuming it’s a phone order you’re picking up). It’s located in a strip mall and the space is small — so only 6 stools or so if you’re planning to eat there.

We ordered the Banh Mi Land Special (banh mi Dac Biet) and spring rolls (goi cuon) to go. They were both delicious and hit the spot.
For the banh mi, the pate probably had the strongest flavor in the sandwich, but that's not a bad thing for me. The jalapeno was mild though and may be for others. Everything was well proportioned.
The spring rolls were solid and tasted fresh (almost like homemade). The peanut sauce was good and balanced.
I saw that they offer catering and may have to use them in the future.

CRISPY PORK BELLY! That’s all you need to know! Crispy pork banh mi are extremely difficult to find and this place makes them very well. Ever since Huong Xua Deli closed in White Center I’ve been on the hunt. Clean, efficient, quick, delicious & friendly! Delicious iced coffee too! Thank you Banh Mi Land!

I had the pork and beef sandwiches and they both tasted delicious. The meat is freshly grilled and is balanced well with the crispy bread, sauce, and vegetables.

Maybe not the best banh mi I've had but it's priced about right for the quality you get, especially compared to other places I've tried around here.

Staff are friendly and the family there are great. I was going to throw my wrapper away in the trash but their kid took it and did it for me. Overall a great experience and will come back.

PS If you don't like how the ingredients are spread, ask for them to give the vegetables to you separately so you can add it how you want.

My go-to banh mi in this area!! Crispy and delicious with great price. Been here multiple times. They also have regular plates like weekend specials, vermicelli or rice bowls.
