What an amazing experience!!!! I was so impressed with all aspects of this! Even though it took a few times scheduling to actually get into the air they made it super easy to reschedule and hope for weather that permitted flying. Thanks for making our first time up so incredible!!!

Wow, this day was perfect and beautiful! We launched around 7am and saw the most beautiful sun and misty alley and mountains and such! Landing was really great and so soft! We even had champagne afterward! 🥰

We did not fly with Balloon Depot, however I am leaving this review because they work very closely with the company that we did fly with, also out of Harvey field. Both companies work together to study wind patterns and determine flight paths, to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Yes, ballooning is a weather dependent activity and cancellations happen. That’s just part of it and when you finally do get to hit the skies it is 100% worth the wait. I could tell how much these folks love what they do, and how disappointing it is for them when they have to call off a flight for safety reasons. Tonight we finally got to fly, and it was incredible. We really appreciated all the hard work from the crews of both companies. Thank you.

Jay took us what I would have to say was a perfect hot air balloon flight! He was so knowledgeable and easygoing. We got to see the most amazing sunset while going 3600 feet in the air being carried by the wind to a landing field which was also somehow incredibly beautiful. Ending with a seamless landing on the ground and a very fun ceremonial champagne toast afterwards. I would HIGHLY recommend going into the sky with Jay and we look forward to another adventure one day.

Booked a ride with Jay back in May to celebrate my fiancée's birthday. However, the weather wasn't in a good mood and we had to reschedule it. Jay's communication was superb and he handled our reschedules well. Jay and Bill both went above and beyond to make sure we had a good flight experience. My husband and I planned a flight for our anniversary, but rain made us reschedule for a month later. It was a blessing in disguise because we had an absolutely perfect evening flight! This has been on my bucket list for years and the experience was even more amazing than I could have imagined! The flight was smooth and the scenery was breathtakingly beautiful! Jay, our pilot was great and we learned a lot in addition to having an incredible time! We will definitely do this again!

Our balloon ride was absolutely incredible and romantic. We got the best experience! The views were spectacular and peaceful. The sunset was gorgeous.You can feel 100% safe. The crew is extremely knowledgeable and skilled with 29 years of experience. He truly loves to be in the sky. It is his passion.
This is such a good gift for any occasion. Just one complaint that time went to quickly! Thanks for a great experience!! I can’t wait to do it again!!!
