We order a family combo, 3 drinks to dine in. I am given a bag to go. No regular sugar for the coffee and wasn’t told until after I was served. Taco had a hair, when I go to tell them. I get an attitude from the manager. I request a refund and she tells me that she can’t give me a refund because the rest of the food is good. I am like, I don’t feel comfortable eating if there was a hair on my food. The manager tells me she won’t refund me until she sees me throw away the rest of the food. I am like ok. She keeps going on why she doesn’t understand why I want a refund if the rest of the food was good. She keeps giving me an attitude so I told her, I am a customer you need to give me a refund if I request one due to a hair on my food. She refused to give me a name. She gave me a refund but kept talking and I walked out left the rest of the unwrapped untouched food on the table. We didn’t even open the rest of the food, with the exception of the coffee which we had put the zero sugar packet. Worst service and experience ever. If there’s a hair on my food, I don’t feel comfortable eating there sorry. Manager was unapologetic and with the worst attitude, another employee on break sitting across from us just sat and watch. Her attitude was so extra. I will contact my bank to make sure refund went through because according to her my card was pending that it was never processed. IDk if that makes sense, when the transaction was approved and my food was prepared and given to me.

The staff work hard, the manager, Angie, is a sweetheart, and I 've never had a problem with the food in the last year I've visited. Prices are reasonable, portions sizes are typical, flavors are okay. They have a pretty good sized menu, there are things on their automated order system that aren't on the menu like a veggie taco burger. Service time is good pace.

This Bakers has been a part of our Rubidoux area in Riverside for decades. This was actually my first time visiting. Took my daughter through the drive-thru between soccer games. Great service...excellent staff. Prices seemed a bit steep or would have been five stars.

Walked in received horrible service, and bad attitudes, and I was declined access to the restroom. Horrible atmosphere to eat in comfortably without unecessary drama. The bathrooms once opened wasn't cleaning before opening, and there was still dirt on the floor around the caution sign. Customer service is free! Educate the staff.

I worked at bakers for 5 years and I always thought of it to be a great company. I am very disappointed in the manager who is working today on Christmas Eve. She completely got my order wrong and then gave me an attitude. I told her you forgot my sour cream and she said "ok bye" while shooing her hand at me, I also told her that I ordered two double cheeseburgers and she replied." I repeated the order back to you. I said cheeseburgers" location on Indiana is much better where I previously saw Joe who is still running The corporate end of things. I hope he is aware that he has a very, very disgruntled worker on Christmas Eve. The location I worked at on home gardens we would never treat our customers with that amount of disrespect. I think she felt very big for her britches because she is young and has a high position- YOUR RESPONSE IS IRRELEVANT TO THE SITUATION

Ever want to eat tacos and burger for affordable prices. This is it I drive from Garden Grove to Riverside areas for this. This have tastier tacos compare to tacos bell and del tacos something we don’t have in oc so it always hit the spot when I’m getting this.

I pulled up and the Drive-thru wasn’t an option ( extra long line ) so I came in side
( empty ) got the papa combo ( Double baker burger 🍔 half pound of fries 🍟 with 2 hard tacos 🌮 Everything was really good Bakers never lets me down 5 starz ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
