Food was good, but the cashier with glasses and short hair was very rude. Had an attitude while I was ordering and later on came by to our table and offered my friend a free cookie and didn't even turn to me to offer one and just walked away. Won't be back to this location cause of that unwarranted treatment.

Nice environment. Clean friendly staff. My misunderstanding, I thought It was gonna be a gourmet sandwich. Again my mistake I will concede but I do feel like I could make a better sandwich at home. For 15 dollars (chips and drink). I would reevaluate maybe if the sandwich was toasted? Grilled cheese with ham? That sounds better again, I was taken by surprise. I don't know what I expected from "ham and cheese sandwich". But it isn't fancy or gourmet far from, but the price is premium. I'm just confused? What does this place offer? Am I missing something on the menu? Are there any soups or sandwiches that are known to be favorites? What makes this place gourmet?

Food was delicious. I had the chicken Caesar salad, my wife the roast beef and we loved both. Our two desserts were fantastic. I had the lemon cake, nice and moist and great icing. She had the cream cheese iced brownie. A great experience overall.

Had a pick-up order, I ask if the chips ordered were ion the bag and was assured that they were, however they were not. I can't even leave a voice message to have someone contact me. I had a order for seven people. If go there again I will have to make sure everything is there before I leave.

Cute little baggins. I generally love baggins because of their sandwich and salad choices, and this one delivered that. There is only one reason that I am marking this one down. The store was empty (I know this can mean they were previously very busy or had plenty of orders coming from online), but I walked up to the counter and despite there being people behind the counter filling orders AND two sitting at a table right in front of the counter not working, I waited there patiently for 10 mins. I was then served, by one of the ladies sitting at the table, but what I would have appreciated greatly was just a quick "I'll be with you in just a minute" or something similar. It was just odd, definitely out of character for a baggins. My food was great though, as always!!

Staff are always cheerful and helpful in helping you decide which wonderful sandwich to choose. Hot or cold. Tried the cheese steak and it was amazing. One of the best I have ever had. Flavorful and moist,bread was great. And it was suggested by the girl at the register! If you love cheese steak give it a try and see what you think . A hidden gem on the menu.
