Absolutely beautiful hotel. Looks just like the pictures. I enjoyed walking the property to see all the old photos, architecture, and decor. The room was great and bed was super comfy. Hotel staff were top notch... they were all so friendly and explained everything. I didn't try the restaurant, but based on the amount of people going just to eat, I'm sure it was tasty. The only downside was the shower... the water pressure was too high and there was no way to change the spray type on the shower head. Instead, I had to not pull the lever all the way and it was bearable. Overall, still a great stay and I'll definitely stay here again.

The establishment was refined and quiet. The courtyard was very peaceful with the water features. Fitness center was bigger than expected and fulfilled my needs. I wished weather cooperated so I could've enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The artwork and statues displayed everywhere were beautiful.

We had the absolute best experience! Karen at the front desk was so very kind and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Karen even asked my daughter each day how her dance competition went and it made my daughter feel extra special! Thank you so much!

I don't like negative reviews. I have always wanted to stay at this hotel and when the time finally came it was a complete disappointment. The bartender was very rude in the morning when my wife and I were thinking about what to order. I think she had a bad day. The room was a dirty and I was put in a handicap room which was odd. I was so tired just wanted to rest and leave. The television was not working and the doors to the furniture would close so I had to sit on the couch if I wanted to watch television. The hotel looked nice but definitely was left disenchanted with the whole experience as a whole. I hope this hotel upgrades as there is potential. I should have taken the empty parking lot as a clear sign to not stay.

Absolutely love this hotel. The room was luxurious, stately, and clean. I'm in Cali twice a month and have tried many hotels in and around LAX and vicinity. This one so far is my favorite. A special thank you to Karen for making us feel welcome!

I was disappointed upon check because the front desk peofessional could not apply my AAA discount. I did not see the option on the reservation website and desk clerk said policy requires to do online. The hotel should have some flexibility to accommodate guest.
Refrigerator in room was not cold at highest level.

Room was kinda gross with no hygienic covers on pillows and a mattress cover that was twin sized on a king mattress, one of the towels was clearly filthy with a smear of something and not replaced. Outside the room cleanliness was good and the hotel was pretty with lots of character. Was optimistic at check in but then immediately grossed out in the room. Would not stay again. The bed and towels gave me the ick!

I really didn’t want to give a bad review and overall the room was beautiful we had the 2 queen beds, we stayed in room 133 we absolutely loved it…. But come to find out at 1am we were eaten tf up by BEDBUGS. Literally bumps all over my neck and side and woke up to seeing them crawling on the beds. Hope they actually bomb the room or get new mattress before others stay in that room.
