Had the experience with this tour bus on a class trip. Bus was late to pick up the kids left us sitting in a parking lot. Over head bins were broken and came down and almost hit the kids sitting below them. Dvd player didn't work for most of the trip. Bus driver took the Long way home!!! Added about a half hour to our trip. Buses front window was broken as well. Did not seem very well maintained.

A few months ago one of Awesome Charter’s buses hit my car while the driver was trying to make a left turn too fast as he ran through a red light. I called and left several messages and no one has gotten back to me.

I know their bus “designs” look like everyone else’s, but my two passengers and I all clearly saw it was an “Awesome Charter” bus from Fresno. While taking one of my messages for the owner, or whatever amateur is in charge, a lady basically called me a liar claiming I “just want money”.

I get where’s she’s coming from because I know how people can be, but this company is shady! I wouldn’t want to be riding around inside one of their reckless buses and I definitely wouldn’t want a family member or loved one to go anywhere NEAR them, even as a pedestrian. We’d end up in the obituaries! They’d probably still say we technically “chartered” the bus to the hospital and then “toured” the hospital and charge us.

Dangerous and dishonest! They’re as fake as their website! You can keep your money and I’ll pay for my car’s damages. I just want people to know what kind of business you all run. I’m sure the dishonesty can be found elsewhere in their business.

I have been on several Awesome Charter trips on the past and have never gotten around to writing a review. THEY ARE GREAT! The drivers can be best described as 1st class. They do everything possible to make your trip a pleasurable experience. You won't be disappointed.
