This is quite possibly the worst Avis anywhere. I am a Preferred Plus member with over 30 rentals weeks a year. You will get no credit for your account. I made the reservation weeks in advance no paper work ready then after standing there while they did the paper work they charged me twice and instead they hadn't. Then after all that I needed to to extend my rental 6 hours they charged me $175.00. When I have to go back to Sitka I will definitely use someone else for a rental car.

Make sure you take a picture of the full tank before you turn the car in. I filled the tank and they still charged me $39 for fuel… Ridiculous.
