These folks are amazing. We have used them for three trips now(Italy, Hawaii, and Jordan/Egypt.), and everything has been excellent. We have felt like Rock Stars each step of the way from the airport to home. One super great thing about using Avanti is they can help you avoid things that sound great but aren't and get you off to do things that are a better fit. Give them a shot. Sonja is amazing. I booked our trip for the Austin US Grand Prix. Had an issue with rental car company trying to over charge me, I called Sonja who assisted me while at the rental counter. My uncle spent awhile overseas in southeast asia and wanted me to get him a flight back home to baton rouge Louisiana. They were very helpful in finding a flight and a good price. They do need your passport and id so make sure you bring those with you if your going to get a ticket with them. Overall, I would recommend them if you can't find anything online and need help finding a good price. For each ticket they charge around 30 to 50 for their service depending on your flight.

Still waiting for them to book our vacation- planning on Carribean cruise with daughter and grandchildren- once in a lifetime trip for us- and still waiting 6 weeks later. No answer to voicemails or emails. Guess they must be too busy. Going elsewhere. They were nice face to face but no results.
