Horrible don’t ever put your loved ones here. There was this resident who went there a couple months ago,She goes by the name Ellen she use to be there until she passed. No one liked her everyone thought she was crazy until she passed but the nurses where the first to go threw her whole room looking through all her stuff and taking all her personal belongings or valuable stuff. Also seen workers drinking on the job. Seen a lady in the back with a Smirnoff drink and another 6 pack in her hand. They store there beers and alcohol in the fridge. They’re unprofessional. One of the patients fell on the floor instead of helping the patient she repeatedly said “ I told you you’re going to fall” still didn’t help the patient up, instead she called a nurse who had already clocked out and left. This place is very unprofessional and unsafe.

I have attempted to apply for placement of my stepdad for over a week to no avail. I keep getting the runaround, person in charge not knowing where applications are, he reports he is new to the job, I was told to wait till Friday when his trainer would be in. Today is Friday and I’ve called several times, no answer, I left message no one has returned my calls. They have openings because I toured the facility last week. I feel that due to our being Mexican might have something to due with this facilities reluctance to give us an opportunity to apply for placement. Our money is just as good as anyone else’s. Linda T

I dont know where the posted negative review comes from but my experience at Autumn Ridge has been 180 degrees different. Autumn Ridge is the only reason I stay in Kerman so as to be close to my family member who has been there approx 6-7 years. Im relatively certain overall its not the staff, cleanliness, attention given to residents or the management. Im certain that someone could find another corporate facility with swimming pools, jacuzzis, bistros etc. that are more appealing but why pay for that. Most if not all of these residents couldn't use those amenities anyway. I dont write many reviews but I guess if a person has time to write 35 reviews on varying establishments they have time to look for something to write about. Bad or good.

My father-in-law and mother-in-law were residents for 3-7 yrs, and we were very pleased with the facility and the administrator, Steve. A lot of good caregivers also. So nice to have a care facility in Kerman.

I have been to this place several times they are very rude especially Angel she acts like she runs the place and the 2 new bosses are very rude as well!! This place should be shut down they hire nothing but little kids that dont know how to do their job! i will be calling State from what see going on there! I hope and pray for the residents there that they would get treated way better and taken care of better!! Something needs to change for these folks there!

This place has went downhill so much in last few months! All great, caring , loving caregivers have left this place its nothing but a joke now with Maria in charge its a dam joke! i wouldnt be surprised if the place shuts down within this year! PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE!!!

Horrible Horrible Horrible. 1 staff member overnight to watch ALL the patients. Clothes missing. Dirty laundry. Staff contradicts themselves. Have no idea what true assisted living is.
